I’ve eaten there several times & have not gotten sick. I’ve had s couple of their salads, brisket potato, and tortilla soup and all have been very good. As is typical with most places, no gluten free, dairy free desserts. However, they do have fruit. This place has been a great find for variety & consistency of food.
Although they are not a completely gluten free facility, and there are the requisite warnings on the menu and packaging, it was a great experience. The manager overheard me ordering and asked if I had celiac, which I do. He offered to personally make my sandwich. Also made sure my bread was safe to be toasted (it wasn't a slot toaster so I felt comfortable). The whole time he took the opportunity to teach the staff about what he was doing and why. One of the best and most comfortable experiences I've had at a "regular" restaurant. Highly recommend!

They take precautions to avoid cross contamination and will make your sandwich in a separate area. Just be sure to let them know you have celiac or a gluten allergy. Sandwiches were very good.

They are very conscious of gluten sensitivities. They do have an entire section of the menu that is gluten free,. I asked if they substitute a sandwich from the regular menu to be made with gluten free bread, they accommodated and without me having to ask immediately washed hands and changed gloves. Only one employee handled my food and used new utensils while doing so.
