Be careful with ordering sandwiches. They toasted my sandwich. That is not good because it was not a dedicated toaster.
I asked for it to be re-made and they did.

If you have celiacs, I do not suggest eating at this particular Jason's Deli! Some JD are really good about it, this one not so much. They are not knowledgeable about celiacs/Gluten free! They wear gloves... but they don't change their gloves! They go from making a regular sandwich to making something gluten free with the same gloves!🙄. However, in their defense they will tell you they are "gluten sensitive friendly" before you order, but only if you tell them you have celiacs. I do agree with the other review in that they do seem a bit put back if you question what they are doing while they make your food but in the end try to be accommodating.... I'm guessing only if you are nice. I had to walk them through how to make my salad 🥗 with please change your gloves, get lettuce from the back, open a new bag of chips or just give me a factory closed bag etc... etc... but in the end it was worth it to me even if they were upset because at least I didn't get sick!
No
the sandwhiches are great usually anf they do take the precautions by changing gloves and providing chips. the one problem I have is with some of the staff they seem like its a pain to make this order or usually its lack of listening when speaking of the employees taking your order when the order is mixed up they usually do well by starting over but with kind of a "really? is it that big of a deal attitude" which isn't exactly fun to feel like a burden. but otherwise food is great and you can even buy gluten free bread with them full size and soft 11 $ but you get a large sized loaf.
Yes
This address is misleading. At least my navigation app did not find it. It is located at Huntoon and Wanamaker. Wonderful! I am not only gluten but semi-vegan. The girls there offered to make any of their normal sandwiches gluten free. A+
They are very conscious of gluten sensitivities. They do have an entire section of the menu that is gluten free,. I asked if they substitute a sandwich from the regular menu to be made with gluten free bread, they accommodated and without me having to ask immediately washed hands and changed gloves. Only one employee handled my food and used new utensils while doing so.

The menu is "gluten sensitive ", not gluten free. There is a disclaimer on the menu if you have celiac. I ate a baked potato since nothing else was safely gluten free. Disappointed!!
