I ate here two times. It was delicious, but the first time I just felt sick to my stomach and thought that it must have been something else that I ate. The second time I had a full out reaction to gluten. So beware.
love this place! I asked what was in one of the pre made salad bar items and the manager brought the bag out for me to see the ingredients! always a fresh and clean salad bar. I love the GF sandwiches too!
Love Jason's salad bar, sandwiches, and soups! Great place to buy the large loafs of udi's GF bread. (it's actually a large size piece of bread unlike most GF bread sold in stores)
While their gluten-free bread is not the best, they take special care when preparing GF sandwiches. They have separate gloves, cutting board, and knives to use for my sandwich. It's actually pretty cool to see. They do have a gluten-free menu as well.

They take precautions to avoid cross contamination and will make your sandwich in a separate area. Just be sure to let them know you have celiac or a gluten allergy. Sandwiches were very good.

They are very conscious of gluten sensitivities. They do have an entire section of the menu that is gluten free,. I asked if they substitute a sandwich from the regular menu to be made with gluten free bread, they accommodated and without me having to ask immediately washed hands and changed gloves. Only one employee handled my food and used new utensils while doing so.
