I didn't see how the food was cooked. I am not celiac I have a sensitivity so I cannot speak to the concerns of people with celiac. There were some gluten free options on the menu which were highlighted by a symbol. I ordered the CB (chicken bacon) Ranch Potato. It was horrid. The potatoes were precooked then when ordered they added the stuffing and cheese. Then they over microwaved it. The cheese turned to plastic, the chicken hard and difficult to chew. The management doesn't seem interested in customer satisfaction. It was soo cold in there that everyone was complaining and shivering as they left. Outdoors it was 82, inside had to be 65.

Ordered a sandwich on gluten free bread to go. They made the sandwich using the heel of the bread. Didn’t say a word and laid it that side down in the box so I didn’t see it when checking the order before I left. It was toasted and hard as a rock.
The place seemed nice. I ordered a celiac friendly meal and shortly after spent the rest of my afternoon on the toilet. Not celiac friendly.
No
Good selection if gluten free, but not celiac. I was excited about the selection, but the counter was clueless, she did not alert the back, and two of us fell very ill from our salad.

They have always been helpful and considerate. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for GF sandwiches!
Everyone is always friendly and they are very careful and go out of their way to accommodate us.
If they would allow a Zero I would have given it.
Jason's Deli was recommended because of their extensive Gluten-Free selection. A friend and I went there today (2/16/16) for some takeout.
Having Celiac makes going out to eat very restrictive so I was looking forward to something new. I asked the cashier / Takeout order guy for the "Gluten-Sensitive" menu. He was clueless! He fumbled around some cabinets for a couple of minutes until I recommended he ask his supervisor. He walked over to a man in a dress shirt several feet away. Within my hearing, the dress shirt guy said "We're busy, tell him you can't find it"!!!
I intended to discuss this poor customer service incident with the manager, until I found out that the clown in the dress shirt IS the General Manager!
Since I am an inconvenience to Jason's Deli I will not spend a dime there!
Sincerely,
Schatze Manly

They have a kit for gluten-free sandwichh orders that includes a mat to ensure no cross-contamination. The soft serve ice cream is also GF!
Yes
They are very conscious of gluten sensitivities. They do have an entire section of the menu that is gluten free,. I asked if they substitute a sandwich from the regular menu to be made with gluten free bread, they accommodated and without me having to ask immediately washed hands and changed gloves. Only one employee handled my food and used new utensils while doing so.

The menu is "gluten sensitive ", not gluten free. There is a disclaimer on the menu if you have celiac. I ate a baked potato since nothing else was safely gluten free. Disappointed!!
