I called ahead and asked if I could have a GF sub made with ingredients that had not been on the front line yet. They said of course-no problem. They made my GF sub on a clean tray with a new knife. One worker did everything for my sandwich. She even went so far as to having another employee lift the lids of the tubs of ingredients so that she didn’t risk touching bread. They gave me mayo packets on the side. It was fantastic!
Yes
Great sandwich. The only sub my celiac son will eat. Staff changes gloves and cleans the slicer and grill before preparing the sandwich.
Not safe, everything is made in the same spot mayo is scooped and spread with the same spatula. If you are celiac do not trust this.
No
The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I am very sensitive to gluten and have celiac but have eaten here twice and have felt fine.
Yes
The filling to gluten free ratio is off. You have to get double meat and triple sauce at least and even then you will be throwing bread away. Very good otherwise

Once I told the employee that we needed gluten free buns he hit out a basin of hot soapy water and cleaned the counters, slicer and prep area. I felt very safe.

I've eaten here a couple times and it's been great! My main complaint is they use Udi's... I'm just not a big fan. But they had a routine for keeping my food as GF safe as possible and knew what menu items they could make GF.

They have a gluten free bread option which I believe is UDIs and they try their best to minimize gluten contamination when preparing food.

Have ordered warm and cold subs on gluten free sub rolls. Very good taste and texture.
