Great food and friendly staff. The waiter double checked most of the order and had our meals come out separately to ensure no cross contamination. I got the standard burger with the GF bun and it was great. The nacho appetizer was slammin. The waiter could have been a but more attentive and the food did take a while to come out even after the lunch rush.

A+ on allergy awareness. Really nice waitress, completely understood celiac and allergy issues. Very accommodating. French fries in separate fryer so gluten free. Food took a little while to come out. Fantastic experience.

American Joe's restaurants are hands down one of mg favorite places for GF/dairy-free meals. They offer an extensive GF menu, Udi's bread products, GF penne and dedicated fryers. The staff and management are extremely knowledgeable about allergies. I've eaten at this location 5+ times without incident. I'd recommend Joe's to anyone visiting Legacy Place next door or traveling by on 95!

Better than average selection of kid friendly options and at the Dedham location the manager always comes over and often serves our food. Braintree is a bit spotty when they are busy.

Very knowledgeable. Separate fryer for GF. Was clearly aware of cross contamination. Have GF bread but I didn’t try it. Had the Cobb salad. All good. Hostess mentioned how her friend is celiac and goes there all the time. Felt very safe.

My go to place for a good lunch or dinner. In my experience they have been super cautious with gluten free and even have a dedicated fryer. They have gluten free alternatives to almost everything on the menu.

We were disappointed. After reading these great reviews, we went here. When asking our waitstaff, who checked with kitchen/manager, they said bread is pressed on the grill, so could have cross contamination for steak and other grilled items. She said salad was safest. While it was good, we were looking forward to the burger.
