Most all of the connections were gluten free with a few obvious exceptions, staff was aware of gluten and what to avoid.
Staff was able to answer allergen questions however there could be cross contamination from the shared scoops
Most of the ice cream is gluten free. Just be sure to ask for a clean scoop. Not a dedicated gluten free restaurant

Friendly staff who walked me through the book containing the ingredients of every flavor. Used a clean / new scooper and got me ice cream from the back. Have an allergy protocol (only managers can handle customers with allergies) in place.
Went here with my Celiac daughter. We were told nothing was Celiac safe and they would not go scoop from a new container.
The ice cream is really good and the service is very friendly but not knowledgeable on what is and isn’t gluten free. If you go, know what you’re going to get beforehand because they do not have a gluten free menu or any indication if the item is or isn’t. The cashier said they generally tell people if it doesn’t have cake or cookies in it then it’s probably (emphasis on probably) gluten free. Cross contamination is also a concern because they do not have a designated surface. I did not see any gluten free desserts that were not ice cream, but that can be easily missed because nothing is marked. I had the Georgia Peach ice cream and had no reaction so I think that one is relatively safe.
This place was great! They have a laminated allergen list they will show you when you are getting ice cream. They will also help advise on the fudge ingredients. I had lemon sorbet (just because that's what my mood was - lots of traditional ice cream flavors available) and bought sea salt chocolate fudge and peanut butter fudge. Amazing!
Went this evening and told none of their ice cream is gluten free. Just some fudge projects. We won’t be back. Sad, we thought we had a new ice cream place to try.
