False labeling!
The items marked 'gluten free' contain wheat. Disclosed on their website but not in person. According to the Food and Drug Administration restaurants should NOT be representing their wheat-based soy sauce as gluten-free.

They claim wheat containing soy sauce is gluten-free due to gluten not showing up in tests - https://www.kojakitchen.com/gluten-free
I would not trust them for anything beyond a bottled beverage or water.

Beef centric and limited gf items but MAN the stuff they have is GOOD.

Only 2 choices -- both beef. They leave out certain sauces and deep fried additions to make it GF. I ordered a dish but had zero confidence so I threw it out after 2 bites.

Thy have gluten free items marked on their menu, I think 4 of them. I've had both a koja burger and a short ribs bowl, both were sooo delicious! No problems afterwards, I will def be back!
Excellent food! I had the short rib koja, which was indicated as GF and the attendant said it was one of the more popular GF items. It was very tasty, loved the rice patties in place of the bun. My food was about 8 dollars.

Excellent Korean/Japanese fusion food. I believe almost everything on the menu is gluten free. Normally for Korean and Japanese food a lot of soy sauce is used so I've been out of luck but they use GF soy sauce here. Interesting dishes! I've read that certain roe eggs have some type of wheat filler but KoJa says theirs are fine and I haven't gotten sick from them. I'd say it's up to you whether you'd want them. For me personally they don't add much flavor so I ask for them off.
went there and they do not serve anything gluten free, they may have and do not anymore.
— No gluten-free information on the menu
The staff is very knowledgeable about gluten free options, glove changes, etc. I've been three times now and the food and service are consistently good.

They e had problems with saying things are gluten free when not. I’d be very cautious about this place.

Oh, lord. Okay, so this place is delicious, and there are a LOT of gluten free options. The staff, however, isn’t always super aware, as I discovered when I went there the other day and a staff member informed me that a dish that I’d ordered several times, and had been assured every time I asked previously was gluten free, was not, in fact, gluten free. (For context, I’m celiac but don’t tend to have reactions to mild glutenings/cross-contamination incidents.) This place genuinely has amazing food, but because of that it’s probably going to be a while before I eat here again. If you’re super-sensitive, maybe think twice before trying this out, or at least be careful with the menu.
