Their gluten free pizza is THICK. It's absolutely 💯 delicious. Several toppings to choose from too! It is Cauliflower but you can't tell. When it arrives at the table it is labeled.
Separate prep area, only gluten free ingredients there. If you want non gluten free ingredients on your gf crust they take it to the regular prep area to keep people who need gf safe. Cooked in its own pan and has its own utensils. Included in deals as well.
The gluten free pizza is good, recommend you get it well done
In addition to being Celiac, I also have dairy sensitivity and an following a therapeutic ketogenic diet. When my employer chose to cater a lunch from LaRosa's I checked out their GF menu, and was surprised it ONLY contained pizza, which I can't eat because of the carb content. I called the store and talked with the manager and asked if their salads were gluten-free and he responded that they were not and the only gluten-free item they had on their menu was their pizza. I found that very odd that they were unable to make a GF salad, but I think that tells a lot about their kitchen practices.
Non-celiac, but very sensitive to gluten. We have had their GF pizza many times now with good results. As an added bonus, it is the same price as a medium pizza and all coupons still apply to the GF variety.
The cauliflower pizza was absolutely amazing! I’m super sensitive to cross contamination! And I normally can’t get more than a little at a time and I ate half! Probably the best pizza I’ve had since going gluten free! The waitress was very nice and informative. Explained that the cauliflower crust was made on different pans and brought to a separate window to help avoid cross contamination! Definitely recommend! Wish there was one closer to the town I live in!
