Very impressed. I am new to Celiac and was told I could get my favorite burrito, just minus the tortilla in a burrito bowl. The girl making the food changed her gloves and made my delicious bowl in a dish. I was very happy that I can continue to eat here! Thank you, Las Olas!

Unsafe. They do make an effort but every time I go they cross contaminate something.

I eat here all the time and have never had an issue. I usually get a burrito bowl or the nachos. Food is always amazing. Just have to tell them it’s gluten free and they’ll wipe down and change their gloves. They also get certain ingredients from new containers that could be cross contaminated.

They’re always very good when I come here and I’m super sensitive. Nachos are a good option because you don’t have to worry about anything going on the grill.

Great! The staff was super careful. Everyone put on new gloves, wiped down the counter and opened fresh ingredients to prevent cc. Many tasty choices. The food was excellent.
They make a tremendous effort here, putting on new gloves, bringing fresh bins of prepared veggies, etc to avoid cross contamination. They use aluminum foil on their burrito heating machine...very knowledgeable about what to do for GF service. We used to go often, but over time, I observed that I just don't feel well after eating their food. I tried investigating why by talking to staff and asking about ingredients, but I could never figure it out. So now, I just don't go there anymore. It might not be a gluten issue, but perhaps flavor enhancers they use, or Mexican spice mixes with undisclosed MSG or something else. Wish I could isolate it, because the food is fresh and delicious, and the others in my family would eat there regularly if I would.

Not for those with celiac or extreme allergies. They do try but they get the food from the same line meaning that utensils could have touched flour tortillas. Got upset and tried to argue with me when I said I couldn't eat that.

This is my go-to gluten-free place. Absolutely delicious and never any issues with cross contamination. If you say, "I'm celiac" they'll go to the back and get you fresh ingredients that haven't even been near the wheat tortillas (which is the only thing in the place with any gluten). The chipotle aioli is a GREAT addition to any meal. Love the place.
the original Las Olas- the staff serves up a yummy and fresh meal- just let them know of any allergy and they'll take precautions.
Delicious, well labeled, knowledgeable staff.

I mentioned my allergy and the staff immediately changed gloves, pulled out a separate cheese, lettuce and limes for my order. They also wiped down the prep surface. Everything but the flour tortillas are naturally GF so overall low risk for cross contact. Felt very safe and had a delicious burrito bowl!

Nice to have some quick, safe options outside of fried seafood in the area. My son is a sensitive celiac and we ate here twice over vacation with no issues. I did ask them to switch out spoons for rice and meat as a precaution for fear they may have touched tortillas while serving.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Had a chicken rice bowl with chips and pick. So good!!!! Mostly everything is GF. Server was very careful - cleaned surfaces and changed gloves.
