Outstanding food and people who work here! When you tell them you have food allergies they want to know what type. I shared I have dairy, wheat and sulfite allergies. They wash their hands and change their gloves before prepping your food and alert everyone handling your order. They have a wide selection of rice bowls, gluten-free tacos (made with corn), salads, nachos with: Chicken, vegetarian, shrimp, and meats. They do it all with a smile even when they’re busy! Love eating here! they also have a wide selection of salsas and toppings that are out of this world!
Delicious bowl and everyone took very good care of me! Changed gloves for me!
Like a chipotle but organic. They wiped down the counters and changed gloves. Workers were nice and able to answer questions. Not sure how safe it is since it’s all one counter but more safe than chipotle because every item is in a covered stainless steel container. Also for the dairy free folks the cheese is by itself not near the lettuce.

I mentioned my allergy and the staff immediately changed gloves, pulled out a separate cheese, lettuce and limes for my order. They also wiped down the prep surface. Everything but the flour tortillas are naturally GF so overall low risk for cross contact. Felt very safe and had a delicious burrito bowl!
Nice to have some quick, safe options outside of fried seafood in the area. My son is a sensitive celiac and we ate here twice over vacation with no issues. I did ask them to switch out spoons for rice and meat as a precaution for fear they may have touched tortillas while serving.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Had a chicken rice bowl with chips and pick. So good!!!! Mostly everything is GF. Server was very careful - cleaned surfaces and changed gloves.

Celiac 7 y/o. Entire staff and place is very accustomed to GF prep to avoid cross contamination. Changed gloves, separate prep area, separate toppings were pulled out. They have soft or hard corn tacos too. (Only the flour tortillas have gluten; all else is Gf)
Food is prepared at a kitchen line at the ordering counter. Flour tortillas are present. I ordered corn tacos. They were prepared on the grill using aluminum foil and then transferred to a clean container. Pretty much everything else in the restaurant is gluten free. Staff all changed gloves and got toppings from clean containers to avoid contamination.
Staff was very aware of GF and immediately changed gloves and wiped surfaces and we didn’t get the feeling of us being an annoyance we do elsewhere. Kind quick and super friendly. Separate items such as cheese and toppings were taken from a GF bin that was in contaminated. Would definitely recommend and will return. Thank you for making our lives a little easier!
Even ordering on-line, there was a clear Gluten free, it’s and allergy checkbox. Lots of options the flour tortillas are the only gluten in the place. Delicious food.
The chicken bowl was so good! We also had nachos. Chips are delicious. Tested both with my Nima sensor!
I stated I couldn’t have gluten and the server immediately washed hands and changed her gloves. After asking me if I wanted a flour or corn tortilla (I told her corn and gave her the benefit of the doubt) she then proceeded to handle contaminated equipment with those gloves before handling my food. She placed my corn tortillas on the grill on foil, but left one half of one hanging off of the foil and laying on the contaminated grill, in the exact spot from where she has just moved a flour quesadilla. I apologized and told her I changed my mind and left, humiliated.
I love the burrito bowls here. So yummy and the staff take off their gloves and use different rice for GF to prevent cross contamination.
Great food, tacos and bowl were tasty. Got the pork, was crispy and delicious. They switched gloves as soon as I mentioned my allergy, and the food was inexpensive. Great visit
Awesome. They immediately changed gloves when we said we needed celiac friendly. They also used lettuce from another area that had not been untouched.
I’ve been here a few times and everyone who works here is always super understanding and will immediately change gloves and get me non contaminated ingredients! It’s also super delicious! I love when I find a place that isn’t judgmental when I tell them about my allergies. Thank you!!!!
Place is amazing! Super clean and great understanding of Gluten Free. The even prepared separate lettuce,lime, cilantro and cheese that had not been cross contaminated.
I mentioned celiac and need for dairy free and they immediately started removing gloves, wiping things down, and got out a new container of lettuce to ensure no contamination. With new gloves and repeated checks by them to make sure they were so careful with us it was such a relief. I thanked them for being so careful, everyone in the family enjoyed the food. Even just the plain rice from the rice bowl for my youngest!

We visited Wells for vacation and this place was great! I informed the staff I needed a gluten free meal and they all changed gloves and brought out new lettuce, lime, cilantro and cheese to be sure there was no cross contamination. We ended up eating there for the first meal and then my husband and I did take out for a second meal (the kids wanted chicken nuggets...)
I have eaten here a few times in the last few years and have never had an issue, I have celiac and so does my son and we are able to get a rice bowl with most of the toppings with no worries
Cafeteria type walk up and order. It’s very yummy! They have corn tortillas or salads or rice bowls! My CD husband and son come here and have never been sick! I would definitely recommend.

Very pleased. Staff was knowledgeable and changed gloves without having to be asked. Plus they got us food as they were closing in the midst of a snowstorm. Great, friendly service!
The food was delicious, and everything was gluten free except the flour tortillas, however they used the same cooking space, gloves and toaster for the flour tortilla and the gluten free orders.
They were very careful about cleaning up their space and grabbing items fresh from back that were not cross-contaminated. Very friendly and delicious food! Will definitely go back!
Menu states everything is gluten free with the exception of flour tortillas. I told them I was gf and they immediately washed their hands and changed gloves. Each person on the line passed along to the next. The cajun shrimp nachos were amazing.

This is better than Chipotle, and the staff was great with our daughter's gluten and lactose intolerances (and our friend's nut allergies). Without even asking they cleaned all surfaces, change their gloves, and brought food from the back to avoid any contamination. Very pleased!!

I'm a celiac teenage and my crazy mom approves. The staff knew about celiac and made sure there was no cross contamination.
Good for celiacs but the food is nothing special. Avoid the "ancho" (ground) beef. Good prices though.

Having celiac disease, I was glad (but cautious) to see the 'gluten free' on the menu. I told the server about celiac and ordered the chicken quesadilla on the corn tortillas. The server wiped down the counter, changed their gloves and brought out new onions and lettuce from the kitchen. She kept everything separate. Really tasty food- will definitely come back.
really liked this place. great homemade flavors, not like a chain. similar concept to chipotle or quidoba, but local. way better feel and food!
Really great options that are gluten free! They are careful and have separate cheese and everything that they keep for gf. They changed their gloves and wiped the counter Down too! Really liked it and will return.
This new addition to the Las Olas Taqueria family does not disappoint. Very satisfied with all of our meals!

I have gotten a burrito bowl twice now. Once I ordered online, and they had an option for severe gluten allergy. I had no bad reaction. Second time, I went in and they changed gloves, and opened ingredients from new bags. Great service and very yummy.
Food was great! There was a large selection of food items. Staff were knowledgeable and so nice! Was traveling and spent a night/next day in Hampton. We went twice to this restaurant for dinner and then lunch the next day as we really enjoyed the food.
This restaurant was great with safety for gluten free meals. They had designated staff who took the lead when preparing our meals. They checked ingredient labels to further accommodate my daughter who is gluten free and vegan.

Everything is GF except the flour tortilla. Staff was very helpful and avoided all cross contamination. They changed gloves and made my order in the back with ingredients from all fresh, unopened containers.
Very impressed. I am new to Celiac and was told I could get my favorite burrito, just minus the tortilla in a burrito bowl. The girl making the food changed her gloves and made my delicious bowl in a dish. I was very happy that I can continue to eat here! Thank you, Las Olas!
