Asked for the gluten free burger without fries as they contain gluten (so i’m told). Got the burger with fries in the plate.
I asked them to redo and make sure that it is safe for me to eat. It comes back within seconds: they simply tossed the fries. It still had one next to the burger.
Manager came to see what was going on and said they will make it right, but it seems that they are seriously not taking our safety at heart.
I saw other comments that they said they can make the pad thai gf, I got told it simply isnt’t possible as there is gluten in the sauce.
Manager made sure that they make a new one from scratch and that it is gf. I’ll update this if I get sick.
Beware.

I asked my server if the pad Thai could be made gf and he said no. The only option I had was the burger with a gf bun. The bun was incredibly dry, as was the patty. It was all fine, and better than no meal at all! But I was a little disappointed.

Not a gluten free menu but knowledgeable staff. Excellent recommendation.

Staff were knowledgeable about what could be made gluten free. The Pad Thai was decent for airport food and the restaurant itself was a nice escape from the main terminal

While they do not have a gluten-free menu, the server and staff were knowledgeable about gluten allergies. I was able to have chicken Pad Thai gluten-free and have had no issues. They also have gluten-free buns for the cheeseburger, though I did not ask if the fryer was dedicated gluten-free.

Half of the menu could be adapted to gluten free. The person who seated us and the server all seemed to have good knowledge of gluten free and celiac. The Pad Thai was very good.

Was a little nervous due to the lack of GF options but decided to try anyways. Waiter was very knowledgeable and recommended ways to make dishes gf. I ended up with the pad Thai - they substituted the normal sauce for GF soy sauce. It was more like a stir fry than pad Thai, but I didn’t get sick so I won’t complain!

The server was clear, there is no gluten free for celiacs here!

I made it absolutely clear that I had celiac disease and that I cannot have wheat or gluten. They assured me I would be safe and that they would remove all the ingredients I could not have (e.g. fried vermicelli noodles). I start eating my dish and sure enough i notice the fried vermicelli noddles. Really disappointed. Nothing like having a reaction and boarding a 10hr plane ride. Brutal.

Wonderful! From what we could tell this is the only gluten free restaurant in the international concourse (E). The server & bartender were very knowledgeable. Basically everything could be made gluten free. I ordered the pad thai with rice noodles, it was delicious!! Lea our server was amazing super friendly and knowledgeable. Will be going back!

I had a very similar experience to the other reviwer: the server was knowledgeable about gf options and cross contamination. They can use Kikkoman gf soy sauce and even had it on the tables. I had the gf Pad Thai and it was only ok. It lacked flavour but gf-wise, it didn't make me sick. There is a seriously lack of gf places to eat in Terminal 1, E gates. There was supposed to be a place called Wahlburgers but it wasn't accessible from our gates and therefore we couldn't eat there so Lee's is alright in a pinch.

The only place we could find with gluten free options in the E gates of Terminal 1. No GF fryer, but they are able to do a burger on a GF bun, curry option, salad option, can adapt pad tai. Gluten free soy sauce on tables even. Staff was honest about some risk of cross contamination but very accommodating to our family.
