They are knowledgeable and friendly about allergy issues, and I can't believe how good their fried food is! This is the first place I've found that had GF fried (and battered) stuff, and you'd never know it -it's amazing. Separate frier also.

I'm vegetarian and celiac so I'd never tried Legal before and was very impressed with their separate GF menu that has many choices, even for veggies like myself, and the care and attentiveness they take in preparing safe gf food. Will definitely go there again.

Three words: fish and chips. Amazing! Gluten free bread and my meal came out incredibly quickly, and the staff has been great in their accommodation. Enjoyed a Redbridge (or two) alongside my meal... they also carry Woodchuck cider but had just run out when I ordered. I love a place that has cider.

To sum my experience all up in one word : *Amazing*. How refreshing to be able to have such a nice variety of choices on completely dedicated GF menus. (They even have lunch GF menus & then separate dinner GF menus) Appetizers, entrees, fried food(!) & when the dessert menu came the waiter {shout out to Brandon @ the Pru Legal!} ,without any hesitation, told me what was okay for me to have. I had an appetizer of regular calamari that my non-GF boyfriend shared and loved also, & then the seafood casserole complete with GF breadcrumbs which my boyfriend also finished when I was full! I can't wait to return & try everything else. Really. :-)

ate here for lunch and I'm hAving a reaction now at 4pm. I suspect the chips as they were fried.

Absolutely fantastic. Great caution and care was taking by wait staff and chefs. They announced when they brought food. Most delicious seafood!

Gluten free kids meals were tasty. The dedicated frier and large menus were a plus. The gf buns are not recommended. Stick to the yummy seafood

Amazing! Had an entire gf fisherman’s platter. (Share this with others - it is gigantic!) separate fryer, knowledgeable staff, entire menu is marked and almost everything can be gf!

The menu is extra clear with what is gluten free or not. The fry batter used is totally gluten free, and the serving staff is wicked conscious of allergens. Upon alerting the staff of the severe allergy, they took extra note and had the chef who prepared the meal bring the gf plate out. Their caution paid off as I did not get sick afterwards.
