deserves 0 stars. I made sure they knew of my gluten intolerance and ordered carefully from the GF menu, but they brought food made with the wrong toppings. They are just plain not careful and unsafe for anyone with food restrictions.
Ask when we went in about GF. Hostess got out the menu. I told the waitress more than once was celiac and needed everything to be GF. Several selections of meat..salad..dressings and plenty of sides. When I ordered I asked the waitress to write on my order.. GF..she did and then I ordered. Manager came around 3 times to check on me and assured me she put the order through and it was GF. I appreciated that. When the food was brought out I asked again and was assured. When they brought rolls I asked them to hand then to my hubby. They did. Great experience. Great food. No problems. Will go again!
I had to send back my salad because of croutons on it. I stressed that I had a food allergy and sent it back to be remade. I think they thought it was a joke because they hid the croutons in my salad. I talked to the manager about what happened and me and my family left never to be back again
I order 6 oz sirloin steak, baked potato with sour cream and butter, grilled mushroom skewer. I always inform the server I can’t have gluten so she doesn’t bring the bread for me. I have eaten there at least 5 times and haven’t been sick. They do have a gluten free menu on their website.
Loved it. Server was knowledgeable about Celiac Disease / gluten-free diet. Knew where to find their gluten-free menu. He made sure everything was cooked & safely served. A great place to eat with family and friends (you don't feel like your missing out because of your special needed diet)!
From Kansas City but visiting family here, girl friend really wanted Logan's, manager came out and we discussed everything, had to look up the gluten free menu online but they said they'd clean grill and have due diligence in preparing. I was iffy reading the reviews but apparently they've gotten new management since. I'd definitely recommend this Logan's.
Upon arriving, we asked to speak to the manager. He was very knowledgeable about food allergies. Our server had been told of our concerns. A gluten free menu was provided. The food was served as ordered. There were no issues and no cross contamination. We will be returning.
This place went downhill fast. Have not been in some time. Used to good place to eat. Not sure about other locations but sherman does not seem safe and I seemed to always be sick after going there. I'm overly sensitive though so maybe it's just me. Service is awful rather you are trying to eat gf or not
Put croutons on salad. Actually, they HID them UNDER the salad, which, they said was not how they do salads. (Did they deliberately hide them because they thought I was just being a pain? Who knows?) Then they made a big stink about it when I complained. "I don't know how you expect us to make it right", was what the person I dealt with said.
Wow! So glad I found Logan's. We're traveling and our options for gluten and dairy free dining were pretty limited in this area but Logans was awesome! I had the ribs with a salad and sweet potato. Everything was yummy. I could even have the peanuts that were on the tables. They have a dedicated GF menu and our server was knowledgeable and cautious. Almost overly cautious about my food, which is always good. Good job Logans!
They do not have a GF Menu, the server did not know what she was talking about, the food was not great, and the place was filthy, it was not a great experience, and my Celiac son was not well soon after we ate there. This place should NOT be included in the FMFG site.
Small Gluten free menu, but included steaks, ribs, chicken and salads. Kitchen staff did a decent job checking on items with questions. Btw.. avoid the Applebee's next door. Asked for a gluten free menus.. waitress responded by asking a "Google what" after explaining and checking with the manger we were told they were not good in the kitchen with that
NOT SAFE TO EAT HERE!!!!! NOT A CLUE!!Went here as we thought it was a cool local place to eat and they did have a gf menu. Waiter whom took our order gave a blank stare, eventually admitting to having "no clue" what Celiac Disease was and went to get his manager. The manager came to our table alone and assured me that my meal would be handled with the utmost care and without contamination. Over 1.5 hours later, the manager came back over to admit my meal had NOT been prepared in a safe manner and that it was now being remade. Our dinner arrived over 2 hours later (nobody came back to our table this whole time!) and was horrible and my chicken was under cooked. (they cooked it in foil) I did not eat a bite of it due to extreme anxiety that this experience caused, sadly. Wish we'd gone elsewhere as it was an expensive meal to throw out. Hubby's burger was ok but also undercooked. TVs were blaring loud with a basketball game. We aren't "old" and love our loud music but this place was overwhelmingly and annoyingly loud!!!
We recently visited this area and were pleased to find that they did have a gluten free menu. The menu is fairly limited, but the waitress did seem knowledgeable about cross-contamination issues. My daughter has Celiac D. and was able eat without complaint. Service was not great initially, but got much better after a shift change.
Not cool. The website has a decent sounding GF menu, but all I got when I showed up was their allergen matrix. The only entree that didn't have a "Contains Allergen" checkmark in the gluten column was a 6oz sirloin. Fine by me, but it did have the "May contain allergen" symbol... Waiter said he'll make sure the kitchen cooks it on foil, without the seasoning. So, I basically got a lightly baked steak, with a lightly baked veggie skewer (which they had to remake because they forgot about the gluten issue the first time), and a dry sweet potato because their baked potatoes are dredged in contaminated butter before baking. At least the waiter was doing his part to be very conscientious. If you're looking for strong drinks and salty peanuts, though, it's a fine place. Otherwise, give it a pass.
Co-workers wanted to go so I chanced it even after reading the reviews. Repeatedly had to ask for a GF menu and informed the server that I also have a milk allergy. Ordered sirloin, steamed broccoli and asparagus. I was sick to my stomach immediately afterwards and had a migraine the next day.
I was pleased with my experience here. The waitress saw my GF menu & asked before putting the bread on the table, which happens rarely. The options are somewhat limited, but not more than is typical. The GF menu is specific, although it doesn't list price or give descriptions. My steak was a little dry but overall it was what I'd expect from this type of restaurant. I'd go back if I were in Salina again.
They have a GF menu & I ordered the grilled pork chop from it with a plain baked sweet potato & side salad (no croutons). Tasty meal & I felt fine after eating it. Server was attentive to GF. Only snafu was an apple based condiment for pork chop (served in a separate bowl). I didn't think it was GF, asked, waiter checked, & it wasn't GF. He promptly removed it.
