Longhorn has become a regular for me. I'm very sensitive (Celiac). They are always very careful to make things right and I have never gotten sick yet. So when I traveled to Tucson I was happy to find one down the street from where I was staying. I usually get a steak and baked potato. I keep things simple to make sure I can stay as safe as possible. Talked to the managing partner and he was very informative and takes food sensitivities seriously and will make necessary accommodations to make things that aren't normally gluten free safe for us gluten free people.

I ordered the house salad without cheese and croutons and balsamic vinagrette . My entree was grilled salmon, steamed broccoli and seasoned rice and it was a large portion which was good.

Great steaks! I also had the sweet potato and Caesar salad and they were excellent. The sweet potato has a lot of brown sugar, which I love. Happy to have a nicer dinner out!

Decent food. GF options but do your research before arriving!! I was handed a corporate binder with their allergens (not a menu) upon arrival. It was quite funny but if you had to dissect their menu at the table you would be there all day! Salad with steak is a good option.
