I got gluten free deep dish. Spoke with my server (Lori) about my severe wheat allergy. Asked for clean gloves and utensils along with fresh ingredients. She went back to the kitchen and told them, then came and told me what she told them. Server was amazing and assured me that they are very very cautious with allergies. Didnt get sick!

Lou’s now has gluten free deep dish crust as well as thin crust. They have a new, updated thin crust recipe and both products are excellent.

Best gluten free pizza! Crunchy crust, tastes like deep dish when you get extra sauce. They're very careful with allergies. Ask for pizza to be uncut. We never get sick.
Yes
Their thin crust is OK, nothing special, but their crust-less "meatza" is really good and satisfies that deep dish craving.
My husband is a Chicago native and was very much looking forward to a pizza from Lou Malnati's. Since I have Celiac Disease, my pizza nights are few and far between. I was very much looking forward to this pizza but was not only disappointed in the GF pizza itself but more importantly, it made me very sick. However, I tried the GF sausage ring pizza in 2008 (Wildwood location) and did not have any problems with it at all.

I love the gluten free pizza! Although it's not deep dish, the crust is crunchy like deep dish is, just thinner. Highly recommend.

Tasted like a thin frozen pizza. I watch all my family eating the wonderful thick sausage filled pizzas and look at my sad little gf pizza and I don't even want to eat there!
Yes
5 stars as far as gf. I thought the pizza wasn't very good.

delicious gf cheese thin crust pizza. My cd daughters loved it!

Literally so good. My only complaint is the edges are a bit hard but the flavor is amazing and it didn’t crumple so it’s a 10 in my book. I don’t love deep dish so I didn’t get it but I loved that I had the OPTION. I feel like that’s so rare. I would definitely come here again.

Gluten free options, yes. But the Chicago style gluten free deep dish pizza was mediocre at best. Toppings were delicious, however the crust was chewy and challenging to eat.

Cross contamination 😔 Flavor was delicious but GF crust was so hard you could hear it scrape my teeth and I got sick from a cross contamination

I’ve always loved deep dish pizza so when I got diagnosed with celiac I was worried I’d never be able to enjoy it again. Thankfully, I live right by a Lou Malnatis location and get their deep dish GF pizza all the time!! It is definitely the most authentic GF deep dish crust and I’ve personally never gotten sick from their pizza (I’ve ordered it a ton).

They have the thin and deep dish crusts made off site to help minimize the cross contact. But due to this they have limited sizes available. Also, just me personally, I don't care for thee flavor of their crusts.
