So excited to try a designated gf restaurant, and it didn’t disappoint! I had the BBQ luau bowl and loved the flavor combinations. Excited to go back and try new bowls. They do have shorter winter hours now, so call before going!

Dedicated gluten free, and lots of choices. My 11 year old with celiac was delighted to have so many options. She loved the BBQ chicken!

I love coming here! I know I’ll get a safe and delicious meal every time, I usually get a basmati rice bowl with the key west chicken and green beans and it is superb! Dedicated gluten free and nearly everything is dairy free too. Can’t recommend this place enough

I discovered this restaurant before I knew it was gluten friendly and fell in love!! And THEN I realized that the entire menu is gluten free! The staff is always so kind, and they have lots of good deals, so it’s good price, quality food, AND no gluten!! A win-win-win situation :)

This was a great post golf spot. I enjoyed my meal and the chocolate cookie was good. My excitement for a restaurant that as someone with Celiac can walk into and feel safe And have delicious food is un-matched. I can see this being a weekly go to spot.

A little out of the way coming from the Charlotte airport but so worth it! It was great knowing everything was gluten free and not having to worry about cross contamination. The bowls are not only a healthy option but so delicious. Don’t forget to get a chocolate chip cookie!

I thought the food tasted good but I ended up getting sick about 1.5 hr later. Not sure if it was a gluten exposure given they are dedicated gf. But it definitely feels like a celiac reaction. I will not be eating there again. I ordered the cauliflower noodles, Brussel sprouts, broccoli, tofu, and citric ginger sauce.

Absolutely amazing!! Best place I’ve been since being diagnosed. Feeling safe is always great but the food and desserts being amazing makes this place even better! I ordered a bunch of different things to try and loved all of it! Snickerdoodle cookies are insane! Very friendly staff!
