We think we got the owner. He was super nice. Gave us some swag bags since we brought our family in knowing it's good, we are from out of town but have a mahana fresh where we are at. It was a great experience and yummy food.

This place is the bomb! And have no worries what so ever of getting sick , everything is gluten free, including desert!

Discovered this little gem today. Everything is gluten free, even the desserts. It’s great to have good healthy food and even better when you don’t have to worry about getting glutened.

Concept is based on the Chipotle model, you pick your base - several different types of rice, noodles, spinach - then select your protein - then your veggies - and finally a sauce to top it off. I had the basmati rice, teriyaki chicken, brussel sprouts and broccoli, without any sauce. My wife had cauliflower rice, pork, and brussel sprouts.

Definitely worth a visit. The food is delicious.
