The owner claimed all food has a chance of cross contamination because there is no dedicated prep space and all fryers are shared. There was miss marking on the menu with items that said gluten free but she said they definitely weren’t (the gnocchi for example). I ordered the stew with shrimp because she said that was made in a pot and should be okay. The taste was okay, nothing special but I always get grossed out when shrimp arnt cleaned properly and they still have the poop still in them. I feel glutened after leaving there so definitely do not recommend this for people with celiac disease.

The food is very tasty and they have lots of options for gluten-free. Even the fried rice is made with gluten-free soy sauce. The onwer is very clear about the kitchen being used for other items, this is not a gluten-free restaurant, so if you have severe celiac, not for you. But for every one like me that is just intolerant, lots of options: rice and beans, stroganoff, bisque, fried rice, spicy shrimp - and all desserts are made with gluten-free ingredients as well. They even make custom cakes to order gluten-free and they are delicious.

Been there twice- met the owner the second time. She’s great. Turns out she and her daughter are gluten intolerant and several other family members have other allergies. She’s working on a new menu with even more allergen labels and gluten free croquettes may be coming too. I had the beef stroganoff and the rice and beans. Both were great! Husband and father-in-law loved the gluten filled empanadas and croquettes and gnocchi. All desserts are gluten free!
