Fantastic restaurant for celiac foodies! They have a lot of great local dishes and everything is delicious. The whole menu can be made gluten free and they have an entirely separate kitchen for gluten free dishes so you can feel safe eating here. The waiters are super attentive and when they serve the dishes they specify with gluten or without gluten. You don’t have to think much about this one, go for it!

WHEAT ALLERGY folks, you can’t have the pizza or bread items here because of deglutinized wheat starch. However, the pasta is incredible. There’s also a chicken dish you just have to order that comes with melted parmesan and salad on a fajita plate. (I don’t know how else to describe it.) Loved this place, and would absolutely go back.

An incredible meal! Everything on the menu can be made gluten free so you can pick anything! They use separate preparation stations, ovens, etc so contamination is not an issue. Went with my parents who were in town visiting - neither are gluten free but they both loved the pizza with gluten free crust. Probably the best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had. Staff was so friendly and kind. An amazing stop in Trastevere Rome!

Do not leave Rome without going here! Hands down the best gf pizza I’ve ever had. Even my Italian fiancé (who eats gluten) said he couldn’t tell the difference. We enjoyed the arancini and the carbonara as well. The whole menu can be made with or without gluten so you can try all the Italian classics!

AMAZING! Went to the location in Trastevere and Florence. Enjoyed pasta, pizza, croquettes, fried chicken and bruschetta! They have a separate gluten free kitchen and are very knowledgeable about celiac! Had no problems eating here either time and the food was delicious.

Tiramisu was heerlijk. De lasagna is geen aanrader. Hele dikke en stugge pasta. En lauw warm. Kwaliteit van de pasta was echt matig. Mogelijk zijn de andere pasta’s lekkerder en had ik niet voor de lasagna moeten gaan. Voor de tiramisu zal ik nog wel terug komen.

They have glutenfree and lactosefree pizza and I guess everything could be asked to be lf, too. Reservation highly recommended, I waited more than an hour on the sun to be seated. The staff was very rude and always in a hurry, but never serve, just if you asked them 2-3 times and waiting for 10-20 minutes. So it’s kind of crazy. btw my pizza was really good, but i wont return here, because of the athmophere of the place.

Cannot say enough good things about this place. Met world travellers with Celiac so interesting to share stories. Pizza was amazing. Book a reso as you will have a long wait of you just show up. Especially during lunch and dinner. I went at 2 pm and had reserved.

Super safe place for celiacs to eat. Separate kitchen and entire menu can be made GF. We had the fried mozzarella and bruschetta to start. Bruschetta was soggy, I guess they must keep the tomatoes in their juices until serving. Kind of fell apart. The fried mozzarella was good, just very very crunchy. Pizza was good as well, not the best I’ve had in Italy but certainly tasted great. If you’re looking for a safe GF option with some fried selections, this is definitely your place.

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!! Everything can be made gf or with gluten. Two separate kitchens and plates are different colors so it’s so safe for celiacs!! I had the pasta a matriciana and tried the fried mozzarella to start! My non-gf family members loved their meals too. Next time need to try to the gf pizza! Saw people eating it nearby and it looked superb. Can’t recommend more!!

I really dont know why this place has such good reviews. Its pretty far from the centre of Rome, and the food is really not worth it. I had the fried mozzarella and croquetas, which were good but nothing special. After I had the lasagna which was kind gross. There are a lot of better options in Rome to try.

Fantastic! Hands down, the best gluten free food I’ve ever had! We had the mozzarella balls, margarita pizza and pasta. It’s a very small location so seating may be a challenge. So good. I would eat here for every meal if I could! There’s a giant menu with tons of pizzas, pastas, and main courses, as well as a long list of starters. Everything can be made traditionally or gluten free, and they have separate kitchens for each. Gf food comes out on a different color plate so it’s easy to tell. Don’t skip the starters (loved the arancino) and the pizza crust is one of the best I’ve ever had. So soft and fluffy!

Mama Eat was hands down the best food experience we had during our 3 days in Rome (we went for dinner every night of our stay!!) Miki, the manager, took great care in making me feel safe and confident that the food I ate was completely gluten free and lactose free. It was the best pizza I’ve ever had! They have two separate kitchens (one specifically for gluten free), which meant my family who traveled with me could order regular food, which they also raved about. We’ll be traveling to Naples over the next few days and will for sure be stopping in at their Naples location! Overall, 10/10 experience!!

They have shops in many Italian cities. They have a dedicated kitchen for GF and the menu is full of GF dishes. Supplì, croquettes and pizza are my absolute favourite. Tried them in Rome, Milan and Florence and never disappointed me. The restaurant also offer non GF dishes and they are pretty good too (based on my friend’s taste)

2 separate kitchens is a celiac dream! Especially since my husband and I could order from the same menu - he was like “do you think the bruschette is gf and we could share”, and I was like “the entire menu can be gf”! We shared the bruschette and it was very good. It’s always fun to be able to share an appetizer. The menu is large and the entire thing can be made gluten free. This is a wonderful place to eat and share and enjoy!!! We tried a little bit of everything and it was all amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I think you HAVE to get the pizza if you go!
