Food was good at the time however unfortunately there must have been some contamination in the process. We understand from other reviews there is a separate gluten free kitchen however my wife was definitely glutened after eating the pasta. Staff were distracted so maybe that contributed to the gluten free/non gluten free meals getting mixed up.

We came with high expectations - food was only okay. Of course it was great to choose from such a big menu, but the gf and the regular Pizza were a bit soggy in the center. Also, the place wasn’t super clean, sticky water bottle covered in fingerprints, bathrooms needed a deep clean. I had diarrhea later that night, however I believe it’s unrelated as they literally have 2 separate kitchens and I’m usually not symptomatic. If you’re already close by this is a reasonable choice but I wouldn’t go out of my way to come here.

We are here twice while in Rome. This restaurant is accredited by the AIC (Italian Coeliac Association) so it has 2 separate kitchens - 1 regular & 1 GF. Everything on the menu is available GF which is amazing! All the GF food comes in specific plates/bowls that are different to the ones for other food. The food was outstanding- special mention for the deep fried mini pizzas for starter (light as a feather & not greasy - just delicious), totally amazing beef ragu pasta (on the “English” menu as bolognese) & the crepe for pudding. My teenage coeliac child loved the food & gluten eating parents did too! Lovely service from Maria both nights! Don’t miss it!

I am currently travelling around Europe with a travel group, making it pretty hard to find gluten-free restaurants, but today we had about two hours to go for lunch and I was very happy to hear of a gluten-free restaurant seven minutes away, once we got to the restaurant I was even more pleased to see they had an entire separate gluten-free kitchen and everything on their menu could be made gluten-free, my four friends a I all ordered gluten-free and shared two pasta dishes and some starters (I am very greatful to have friends who would do this as i an the only one with celiac) not only was their no cross contamination but the food was amazing, some of the best gluten-free food I’ve had, and our server, Natalia, put all my worries at ease.

Not as good as it’s hyped up to be. Waiter was very rude and not overly reassuring about the gluten free (if I wasn’t already aware there were separate kitchens I wouldn’t have eaten here). The pasta wasn’t very good, seemed undercooked. Much prefered pizza in Trevi and felt safer there

So good! The suppli, arancini and the pasta dishes.. yum! Everything was delicious and they were very careful with all the food. Just a word of warning if anyone has a wheat allergy, avoid the pizza. It is gluten free but contains gf wheat starch.

Ate here Sunday night, couldn't wait to try it. Service took a long time, not even drinks, it was even longer when the waitress took the order of another table that came in later than us. When taking our order the waitress asked if there were any allergies, I let her know I had Celiac and she took my order first. I had the hamburger with mushroom, ordered a side of fries. It was good. We also ordered Fried mini mozzarella gluten free which were also good. My husband has the meat with potato which he loved, and our son the lasagna. It was great hearing so many orders for gluten free.

Having been there several times and having had always a great experience, i can confirm that this is a great restaurant. Certified by AIC (celiac italian association), the safety is at highest standard. All the menu can be served GF, taste is very good, pasta is very well prepared. Staff is kind and knowledgeable also about lactose and can recommend and suggest best choices. No parking there but the area worth a nice walk.

Mama Eat serves my favourite pizza in Rome… scratch that, in the world. Servers are friendly and food is safe; there is an entirely separate kitchen for gluten free food, and gf food comes on glass plates (food with gluten comes on white ceramic plates). Everything on the menu can be made with or without gluten. Not a lot of vegetables, but many desserts to choose from.

YOU GUYS their pizza tastes like real pizza!! I had to confirm twice that they didn't give me the normal one by accident. It's soft and chewy and incredible! Mama Eat has great food for both GF and non-GF. They have an extensive Italian cuisine menu, all can be made GF and is made in a separate kitchen. Was amazing! Staff were lovely also. Highly recommend. You can also get take away

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Most of the menu is GF. Excellent segundi and desserts. GF bread is very good too !
