Best meal in Rome. Even for my friend who ate gluten. The whole menu is available gluten free. They have 2 kitchens one regular and one gluten free. I had the seafood pasta and it was incredible along with the fried pizza appetizer. The pizza dough they use for the appetizer was out of this world. The tiramisu was the best I ever had. We also tried their fried pizza dough covered in Nutella and it was amazing. Maria our server gave us amazing service
They reopened after some constructions. And Trastevere is amazing for having a drink, so it's 100% worth it!
All the reviews look great, but as of 01/24/2023 this location in Travestere is closed and appears under construction. Google and Apple Maps say it’s open, but it’s not; don’t waste your time.
Absolutely loved! I had the gluten free margarita pizza and it was delicious. I had my friends try it comparing to their pizza and could barely tell the difference. They instructed me that they have a whole gluten free kitchen and had no problem making it gluten free. Lovely staff and very good food I will be back!
Fantastic gluten free pizza, and the entire menu can be ordered gluten free! Very nice atmosphere and kind people.
Excellent final dinner in Rome. The staff is knowledgeable about celiac and there are SO many options to choose from. I had the fried rice balls with cheese and meat for an appetizer then eggplant parmigiana for my main course. The bread served with it was unbelievably great! Highly recommend
Delicious!!!!! The GF option was equally as good as the non GF option.
This is the best food myself or my partner had in Rome. Everything on the menu can be made gluten free. As we say in Ireland it’s a f%*cking banger!
This place is amazing!! We came here with 10 friends and they made place for us to sit together. Everybody ate something else and everybody was happy with it. The food was amazing! They have two separate kitchens for gluten and gluten—free. Everything on the menu can be made glutenfree even the chicken with breadcrumbs. There was basically no difference between the gluten and glutenfree food, the pizza was the same as with gluten. It was amazingly delicious and safe for my partner with celiac disease. We were all sorry that this was our last evening and we couldn’t come back. Next time we are in Rome we will definitely come back! The service was from Maria and Ahmed, super friendly and helpful with a big smile!
Separate kitchen for gluten free items and the gluten free dishes come out on different plates/bowls. Entire menu can be made gluten free. Really nice spot right in a busy area.
Has siciliana pasta and it was delicious. Unfortunately the 25 cm long arrancino we ordered was a bit mushy inside and didn’t have enough sauce. We ordered a pizza as well and it came out undercooked and a bit soggy but somehow still had a burnt flavour. First meal in rome that we have not finished our plates.
Definitely a safe place to eat, did not get sick. However, the food wasn’t our favourite of the trip.
Amazing gluten free food, one of the best gluten free pizzas we had. Service was very friendly, Maria was great and super nice!
The kitchen for gluten/gluten-free are separated, so it’s safe to eat and they can make the whole menu with or without gluten. Highly recommend coming here!
Food is delicious and all can be made gluten free. You can tell the owner put a lot of thought into making celiacs feel safe. That being said, I was served a dish made with gluten pasta (even though we requested GF) and only realized so once it was too late. People make mistakes; I get that. I suggest you always ask “is this gluten free.”
Service was very slow, but they’re knowledgeable about gluten free/celiac’s disease. The Sorrentino Pasta was just ok. And, unrelated, my gluten-eating friend ordered the non-gf pesto pizza and felt very sick after - she thought it was too oily. Overall, I expected better after reading the reviews on the app.
Was there last May. Just now remembering to review. This place is amazing!!!!!! Not only do they safely prepare delicious gluten free food, including authentic looking/tasting pizzas, but the atmosphere is electric and inviting. Set in a cute neighborhood too. It was so emotional for me to see entire smiling families eating together at one table but with discretely separate food. My heart.
This was the first time i had lasagne, besides at home, in my life (diagnosed 21years ago as a kid). They also have gluten free version of croquettes/bitterballen with potato or rice filling. My mother had a pizza with gluten, and she did not like it. So i guess their gluten free dishes are better than the 'normal' once.
We ate here twice while in Florence and once in Rome. Our daughter has Celiac. This place was amazing!! Very safe, pizza crusts (GF) was the best and most authentic she’s ever eaten. We’re going to buy the cookbook
