Was there last May. Just now remembering to review. This place is amazing!!!!!! Not only do they safely prepare delicious gluten free food, including authentic looking/tasting pizzas, but the atmosphere is electric and inviting. Set in a cute neighborhood too. It was so emotional for me to see entire smiling families eating together at one table but with discretely separate food. My heart.
Great Pizza (I think the best gluten-free we‘ve ever had), delicious pastas and the dessert are also so good! Everything gluten free comes on dedicated plates and they have separate ovens for the pizza! Everything on the menu can be ordered gluten free.. The service is very nice, a must visit when in Milan…
Mamma Eat exceeded my expectations. Their gluten-free menu is extensive, featuring mouthwatering pasta, crispy pizza, and indulgent desserts, all without compromising on flavor or texture. I went with my friend who is not gluten free and she agreed it was her favourite meal of the trip.
The gluten-free pasta I tried was perfectly cooked, and we also opted for a potato croquette stater which was unreal! My meal ended with a gluten-free tiramisu that was so good, I almost ordered a second!
The staff were knowledgeable and attentive, ensuring I felt confident dining there. They took cross-contamination seriously, which gave me peace of mind. Whether you're gluten-free by choice or necessity, Mamma Eat makes you feel like you’re not missing out on anything.
Highly recommend visiting if you’re in Milan—it’s worth every bite!
I recently visited Italy for the first time as a celiac so you can imagine how excited I was! Mama Eat was AMAZING and did not disappoint. We are there three times in 1 week. Their carbonara is the best out of every restaurant I tried in 2 weeks travelling Italy. I hope I have the opportunity to return some day.
This restaurant has a separate kitchen and prepares it’s gluten free food separately, and serves it in a different color dish. There were so many people eating gluten free in the restaurant that for a minute I was nervous that I got the wrong color plate. The pasta was so good and my partner liked his pizza. This is a great spot to go if your entire party isn’t all gluten free.
I ordered the Tricolore pizza and it has been the best gluten free pizza i've ever eaten. We went there on a Friday at 18.30 and at that time it was deserted but they were fully booked from 20.00-22.00 so make sure to reserve a table on weekends. Dedicated gluten free restaurant and you can get everything off the menu gluten free! Will definitely have to pay another visit!!
AMAZING! My daughter and I were in Milan for one night and wanted to enjoy a meal out without breaking the bank. Being young and trendy, my daughter found a recommendation on Tiktok for Mama Eat. It was a 30min Tram ride from our hotel (Duomo) but SO worth it. They can do everything on the menu with or without gluten. They have 2 kitchens, 2 ovens, different serving plates for muggles and gf eaters and even use different servers to deliver each type of food. That alone was impressive, but then we started eating! I had Aranchini for starter and Carbonara for mains. We shared a pud - dough sticks fried and drizzled with Nutella. The whole thing was amazing from start to finish. Staff are very careful and helpful and it's well priced for Milan. 2 alcoholic drinks, 2 starters, 2 mains and 1 pud cost us £62.
Great place, every dish, appetiser and dessert in the menu is possible to get gluten free, and the whole menu is lactose free also. Very nice service, amazing food for a very reasonable price. Plus they make their own pizza dough and its amazing. Also we spilled a whole beer, they brought another one without us ordering it and didnt charge it. Very safe for celiacs because they have two separate kitchens for gluten free meals. 10/10 would recommend.
Every item on the menu can be prepared GF. Best pizza dough I’ve ever had. Also had the lasagna which was phenomenal.

I was greeted at this place by a waiter who said, "gentlemen I wanted to warn you that for lunch you will not be able to order regular pizza, there is no problem instead for gluten-free." I think that's exactly how they won me over.
In this gluten-free realm, where every item on the menu can also be ordered in a celiac version, I had wonderful fried mozzarella and finally a dizzying cacio e pepe. I would go back every day to try every dish!
Wow this place is so refreshing! Everything on the menu can be made GF and the vibe is really cute.
I went here randomly and had a lovely starter followed by one the pasta dishes. For the first time in ages I wasn’t served fusilli which is a restaurants go to GF pasta!
When you ordered they would ask you if you’d want it made normal or GF. They all spoke really great English too.
I would say I’m Gluten intolerant so I don’t know what it’s like for coeliacs however rest assured they had coeliac certification stickers all over the front door dating back to 2017 and maybe even earlier
Also I would say the GF bread was better than the normal one!!
Amazing food, everything is glutenfree or can be made!
Best meal in Rome. Even for my friend who ate gluten. The whole menu is available gluten free. They have 2 kitchens one regular and one gluten free. I had the seafood pasta and it was incredible along with the fried pizza appetizer. The pizza dough they use for the appetizer was out of this world. The tiramisu was the best I ever had. We also tried their fried pizza dough covered in Nutella and it was amazing. Maria our server gave us amazing service
Absolutely loved! I had the gluten free margarita pizza and it was delicious. I had my friends try it comparing to their pizza and could barely tell the difference. They instructed me that they have a whole gluten free kitchen and had no problem making it gluten free. Lovely staff and very good food I will be back!
