The girders were absolutely delicious! The bread was soft and fluffy and didn’t have the grittiness that most GF breads have. My favorite was the steak, which had a nice amount of meat in it. We are only intolerant so we can’t speak to the full cross contamination for celiacs, but as for us everything was perfect. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about items. Lost anything can be made gluten free. Will go again and try the pizza next!

Do not go here if you’re celiac. I got a stomach ulcer from eating a “gluten free” pizza that was not prepared correctly

I got a gf roast beef grinder and fries. The fries are baked not fried. I also have a dairy allergy and they made sure they understood my situation. Food was great! My daughter got the gf veggie grinder and loved it.

They have separate bins for gluten free pizza toppings. They also will run the pizza through all by itself. They have separate pizza cutter. GF chicken nuggets. GF fries. GF pizza. GF grinders. So many good and tasty options. And they are really aware of cross contact.

After reading the reviews I decided to give it a try, although I was still very nervous. I had the chicken grinder on a GF bun. It was amazing. No symptoms of gluten, not even a tummy rumble, and I'm extremely intolerant. Tried a second time with the GF steak grinder and had the same result. Delicious. Would highly recommend to anyone intolerant of gluten.
EDITED: I went back tonight and ordered another GF grinder and wanted to try the GF pizza. Thankfully I was watching because I saw my food handled WITHOUT CHANGING GLOVES. I told Dean, who was at the counter that I couldn't eat it and he offered to have them remake it, but would be a 45 minute wait (had already waited half an hour). I asked for my money back and as he was processing the transaction told me that their health department says they don't have to change gloves because they're not touching flour. I left and will never return. Their employees need to be trained on cross contamination prevention and ACTUALLY FOLLOW IT. I cannot imagine what would have happened had I not been watching.

Friendly staff that knows my order by heart! Their gluten free pizzas are the best ones around. They are awesome about not cross contaminating and take it very seriously.
Yes
First and most important, my celiac son greatly enjoyed the pizza and had no reaction, so good to go! Secondly, the rest of us who are not celiac agreed it was the best GF pizza we have yet tasted, so a winner all around!

Delicious grinders, I had the chicken grinder on a gluten free bun. Staff knows how to keep you safe. They also have a gluten free pizza.

I had the gluten free Cajun Chicken grinder. It was awesome! The person taking my order was knowledge about sandwiches that wouldn't be gluten free even if put on a gluten free bun.
The gentleman who took my order was very knowledgeable about Celiac's disease and explained how the employees prepare and cook any gluten free grinders. The gentleman was very understanding and helpful. My gf grinder was so very good as the gf bread and meat are toasted. This restaurant will become one of my regulars restaurants.

Update: we have eaten here a few times, and I haven’t ever gotten sick. They really do the right thing to make sure the food is safe. My husband ordered pizza and when he got there, was informed he would have to wait for a new pizza. The cook had taken the first one and cut it with the pizza cutter for normal (gluten) pizza. They put in a new pizza! This place is celiac safe, and I will make sure to go here!
The staff is knowledgeable about gluten free options and prepare gluten free food separately. There are menu options for gluten free food.

Used to love taking my daughter here but she gets sick with any cross contamination and the last few times she has been getting sick. The last time she got sick before finishing her 2nd gluten free chicken tender. She was still hungry but could no longer eat and had to leave hungry and sick.
Love the gluten free pizza and grinders here! They also will sell the crusts and buns separately for you to take home if you ask.

We were highly impressed! The GF grinders we chose were delicious (there were SO many choices it was hard to decide!!) & they assured us of their extra precautions to avoid cross contamination. I am extremely sensitive, we are both Celiac, but my son & I both dined safely! Their customer service was great & we did go in on a busier Sat. during dinner time with a party of 9! I did call ahead to check, but everything was fine- our daughter just moved to Midland, so we’ll definitely be back to try their GF pizza soon too!

I would recommend off hours. The pizza was great and they did a good job. I went for lunch and some guy took my order, he was a total ass and I ordered a non toasted sub. It had ingredients on it that I didn't order and was missing the cheese and some of the meats. I think it depends who you get.

Amazing! Pizza and grinders taste great and are they are very safe! I however will avoid during lunch rush. This is my go to place!

Excellent gf pizza and good gf Reubens too!
I am on a wheat and dairy free 'menu' and was pleasantly surprised that Mancino now carries gluten free grinders. Although I could not have a lot on the sandwich, the chicken and lettuce with mayo worked. The bun was light and delcious. Thank you Mancino for helping those of us who cannot tolerate gluten.
Very tasty, many options for the grinders. they have chips for sides. plenty of gf options.
I get their gluten free pizza often and I do not have any reaction. The pizza is really good too!

I called to make an order and our order was split between gluten free and gluten. I told them we had a few with gluten allergies and he said, “not from us you don’t.” I then asked if they had cauliflower crust and he said they didn’t have gluten free crust. (That was not my question) He then proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and said we must have gotten cut off….knowing we hadn’t been. He said that he hung up on me because I kept talking and he didn’t want to argue with me. I was not arguing one bit. I was clarifying and ASKING if they have cauliflower crust. He then hung up again. It would have been helpful for him to tell me if there were ANY gf options such as salads or grinders. I won’t be supporting this business.

Very accommodating to gluten free and dairy free dietary restrictions. The grinder I had was one of the best I've had. And the prices are very reasonable.
