This is by far my favorite Texmex restaurant! Lots of options, GF chips and salsa, and the half price happy hour taquitos and margaritas are amazing! My favorite entree is the chili relleno with chicken and tomatillo sauce. My daughter’s favorite are the brisket tacos. Daughter and I are Celiac, and we eat here regularly with no problems. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. It’s also a great place for non-GF people. You can hardly get a table on Friday nights! It’s a busy place!

Food is amazing my husband has celiac and has not gotten sick we have been 4 times already. Such a great place to have a gf dinner. (Dedicated fryer)

We have ate at Matt’s since 2018 and love it that practically everything on the menu is or can be made gluten free!

Excellent care in making sure meal is prepared GF. I was given flour tortillas by mistake and our waitress checked as soon as the food was delivered. I thank the staff for ensuring the safety of my health. The food is exceptional as well as the staff !!

Our new favorite Tex Mex place in Dallas. Hubby is celiac but needs his Tex Mex fix at least once a week. I’m also avoiding gluten for my health. Chips are gluten free and most menu items can be made GF. Staff is very knowledgeable about food handling. Most importantly food is delicious!

Love this place! My gluten eating kids also love it. Happy hour gluten free queso and chips are an amazing deal, too. I normally get enchiladas. It’s not high end Mexican, but if you want Tex mex go here. It’s safer than all the other DFW chains.

This place is very safe for celiacs and the staff is very knowledgeable. However, it is not a good choice for vegetarians. Almost everything (even those items that appear to be vegetarian) is made with a beef broth.

This is the MOST celiac friendly mexican restaurant I've found. Very knowledgeable management and waitstaff. The menu is clearly marked with many GF options. I've eaten here many times with zero gluten reactions.

So many times eating GF out at a restaurant is disappointing, just less appealing than what everyone else is free to order from the menu. Not here! Nearly everything on the menu can be made GF and it is delicious! They also have a dedicated fryer, so it is safe to eat chips (and their fabulous salsa). I highly recommend this restaurant.

This used to be one of my safe go to restaurants. We just went in and the manager said they have backed off their gluten free protocols and are not as careful about the gluten ingredients. She said she not risk eating here because of cross contamination.

In town for high school band competition, thought I’d give them a try. I am so glad I did. Menu is clearly marked for GF items and I even got to have a burrito!! Food was delicious. Waitress was very kind and wasn’t sure about a meal question I asked, she said let me go ask. I highly recommend!!! I don’t know about cc, I’d probably say there is. I am not Celiac, but super sensitive. No issue for me.

They used to be a safe place for GF and tasted good but the food wasn’t that great and they no longer are gluten free. We asked what was available that was GF and the waitress wasn’t helpful. She sort of shrugged her shoulders and said I’d probably be fine with a taco because meat doesn’t have gluten. (We all know ground beef isn’t always safe at a Mexican restaurant.)

Love this place, but do dad that they’ve done away with their gf menu! For years we’ve made sure to stop on every visit from Oklahoma just to have their chili relleno. They are no longer making it :(. You can still get one grilled, but not a gf breaded one— which was absolutely the best!
