Menu is not labeled, but our server was quick to ask the kitchen what was safe to eat. Since a previous reviewer said they got sick on the chicken salad, I went with the Harvest salad, minus the fried Brussels sprouts. The salad was mostly arugula, a couple strips of carrots, a little bit of cauliflower, pepitas, and dried apricots. I did not get sick, but overall, super underwhelming. My partner had a gluten-filled dish and also felt the food was not worth the wait. We will not be back.

Decent selection on GF menu. Server seemed knowledgeable but my meal, the cornflake chicken salad with grilled chicken substitute got me sick unfortunately.

The GF menu is labeled very well with things that are 100% GF and others that could be cross contaminated. I had the salmon and substituted green beans for the brussel sprouts.

I went here for brunch and had a positive experience. I am celiac, and they were super helpful and immediately let me know that while they have a gluten free menu, they could not guarantee against cross-contamination with most of the menu items for a truly gluten free experience. The only thing they said I could safely order was the Steak and Eggs breakfast, with a side of fruit instead of toast. While my options were down to literally one item, they were super helpful about it. The brunch (with great mimosas) was delicious and I experienced no side effects at all. If you’re simply gluten free you’ll have more choice and a great experience. While it would be nice to have a few more options for celiac, I would definitely return and happily order the same brunch again!

Food itself was DELICIOUS, would be even better if they had a dedicated fryer and some bread products. Had the steak and eggs special and ate every bite. Food had tons of flavor and steak was very good quality. If they expand their options they would be AMAZING, but even with less choices than their main menu it's a good option.

I love this restaurant!! They have a wide variety of different dishes to choose from their gluten free menu including shrimp and grits! The food is fresh and delicious, only downside is they are right next to the convention center and do not take reservations.
