The best take out spot! I got 2 turkey sandwiches on our trip. The chef spoke with me since I mentioned celiac/ gluten allergy and she asked about cross contact. The GF bread was heated up on a separate surface in the toaster and she used fresh ingredients!

Very pleasantly surprised. Quite a few gluten free options. With relatively minimal prompting they flagged my meal as a gluten allergy and put it on GF bread and fried the fries separately without me even asking. I had forgotten to ask! I didn’t realize it came with fries. I am celiac and sensitive and did not get sick. I would definitely recommend

My sister got me an udis bagel for breakfast with lox and cream cheese...amazing! Bagel was in a separate container from the others.
For lunch I got a reuben on gf bread...this was the best thing I ate for lunch.
This was the only place I didn't talk directly to the chef but The gluten-free options are obvious because it's bread and bagels. They also actually have a gluten-free penne pasta on the menu.

Went here for breakfast. The potatoes are not gf, so they made me some separately. I had a omlette that was served with the separately made potatoes and a gluten free bagel! The bagel seemed to be Udis. It was delicious!

Note that this is at the Atlantis resort. We tried to go to Shark Bites but weren’t guests of Atlantis so couldn’t. It’s by the pool so to go there you have to have a wrist band meaning you’re staying there or bought a day pass ($120-140!). So we went here instead as it’s outside the hotel on a promenade type area right next to marina pizza. You have to either valet park for $20 or self park down the street for $10. Decent food. Had the club sandwich on GF bread, toasted. The waiter told me the GF stuff is all prepared in a separate area by the chef. Dedicated Gf toaster. This is a sit down or take out casual diner type restaurant. My daughter wanted pizza so we got her a slice ($8) from next door and she brought it in and ate that. They didn’t care since it’s all owned by Atlantis. Sandwiches were all around $16 -19, making it a “Cheap” place to eat for the Bahamas

Awesome gluten free club sandwich. My wife loved her burger as well. They have a good selection of sandwiches and burgers. I was hesitant to come here because I didn't see anything marked for gluten free on the menu but when I asked it was of course we do. I noticed overall at Atlantis restaurants they don't really advertise gluten free items but they have them almost every where.

When we went in for breakfast, I told the hostess about my celiac disease and the gluten free diet. She mentioned it to our server who proceeded to tell the chef. Our server Deniece and Chef Aisha, who came out to talk with me, were both awesome about knowing what I could and could not have. I pulled up my gluten free diet card on my phone (I would recommend that to anyone traveling, or even going out locally). After Chef Aisha spoke with me, she said she would go back and prepare my breakast in a separate area. I had scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes and an Udi's bagel. They had both GF bread and the bagels. This was the best meal I had when we went to Paradise Island. Prices are reasonable also. I would recommend.

Such a great experience! Another place at Atlantis where the chef came out to personally talk to me about my restrictions, the safety, and my options. I got a cheese and onion omelet with breakfast potatoes and an Udi bagel. Everything was cooked in separate pans and she freshly cut me new potatoes and cooked them in olive oil separately (could tell the difference between the regular breakfast potatoes) Went back there two days and had no problems! Portion was huge and the second day me and my mom shared the same omelet dish.

Ugh. They do have GF pancakes, with Pam/olive oil butter after taste, and they also seem to have like extra sugar or something. Edible, not my fave. I was happy to have the eggs I ordered. Unable to do bacon for me. Lunch: I just went in for a sandwich and asked if they had gf bread. ‘We have it for breakfast was my answer.’ I didn’t even argue it, it’s not worth getting sick. I’ll say, it seems like an uphill challenge to get GF here at Atlantis :(

Chef came to the table as soon as we mentioned food allergies. She prepared the meal herself and even made up a batch of GF pancakes for my wife. I had eggs, toast, home fries and bacon. They even have a separate pan to make the toast and will make the home fries separately with olive oil if needed.

Got the pastrami on GF bread. Also got a sandwich to go, roasted turkey on GF bread. Both good quality. Side of fries are NOT gluten free. They don’t use dedicated fryers.

The first night we came here for dinner, the chef came to the table to discuss GF options. I got the Rotisserie Chicken with mashed potatoes (no gravy) and mixed vegetable. It was very good. We went back the next day for lunch and got the turkey club on GF bread. That was tasty.
they did not have gluten free bread
Breakfast - chef came to our table, I asked if they had GF pancakes and she said she just mixed up a batch! Not indicated on the menu so be sure to ask your server.
Yes
They had the chef come out to the table to tell me the gluten free options. They have gluten free bread. I had a club sandwich. She made my fries separately, hand cut and fried in olive oil. Overall very good.

Murray's Deli was able to provide a delicious gluten free dinner & breakfast for my daughter who has Celiac disease. The chef came out to speak to us & explained what was available. We tested the food for added measure ( with the Nima) & there was no gluten detected.
