I ordered the al pastor tacos and they were incredible! When ordering online you can mark your allergies. Ordered delivery through their website and still arrived fresh.

Didn’t get sick AND it was delicious. This is what my kid would call a “W.”

I got chips and guac and two tacos. The menu states the gluten free items (which are most of not all of the tacos!) which was helpful. I told the waitress I had a severe gluten allergy and to ask if the fryer was ok for the chips and she said she wasn’t sure. I had to ask two times before she could confirm, which didn’t leave me feeling too confident. I also asked her to ensure the kitchen took extra care making my tacos to avoid cross contamination but she just nodded. I am asymptomatic celiac, so I’ll never know fully if I experienced any cross contamination. If you encounter pain or symptoms I would suggest taking caution while visiting due to this reason only.

I called for takeout and asked what was GF. I was told the entire menu, so I asked “even the tortas?” “No, not those” …
It was hard to get a clear answer on the menu but tacos were supposed to be GF. Of the 3 different kinds of tacos I ate, only one was even remotely good, the rest were pretty bad tasting and very greasy.

The staff didn’t seem super knowledgeable about gluten-free. I ordered the taco bowl to be safe- the tacos did seem like they would be safe. I got mixed answers about the tortilla chips so I did not order. Otherwise, food was very good.

I have eaten here a couple of times and thought the facility was very allergy conscious. However, both my son and I got sick after eating there earlier this year. Waiters have consistently seemed a little vague, but the reviews here led me to believe it was safe to eat here. It was busy though, and they actually brought my son the wrong order at first... it just gave me the impression that they may have been rushing a bit - they greeted us with "it's a 90 minute limit on the table" rather than enjoy your meal... Anyway I want to be able to go to this place but I won't be doing that. I'm guessing it was just someone forgetting to change gloves or somehow flour getting in the wrong place. When they emailed they said it was probably the spicy food but both my son and I had the full celiac reaction, so I didn't really appreciate their interpretation of my symptoms. Anyway, they are trying so I feel bad, but there wasn't anything else that could have caused it.

Delicious tacos and margs and very celiac friendly! Most of the menu is safe, including the fried shrimp taco (one of my favorites!) and the chips. Staff is very helpful. Have eaten here ~10 times with no issues

I thought I was going to the other location (in Boston) that is dedicated GF, but got them mixed up and ended up at this location instead. Was a little nervous at first, but staff reassured me that they have measures for cross contamination. All of the tacos are GF and they have a dedicated fryer for chips/tacos with fried ingredients. Food was very tasty, would definitely recommend the shrimp tacos & the guac. I felt fine afterwards, but if you want more peace of mind I would recommend the other location (at hub hall) that is apparently dedicated gluten free.

I have been to Naco Taco a handful of times, and have always had a good experience. After seeing the negative reviews, I gave them a call before going out to dinner there with family. They said the only gluten-containing item was the bread and that the fryer was totally safe. When I dined last night, our waiter told me the same thing. I had two tacos, the street corn and chips and salsa and feel totally fine the next day. If you’re worried, give them a call to confirm, but my experience was totally different than the previous negative reviews. The food is exceptional and relatively inexpensive, too! Fun, relaxed vibes. Definitely worth a visit.

Asked the waitstaff about celiac level of gluten free. There is NO dedicated fryer. Chips are not cross contamination free.
But even the tacos, which are corn tortilla and have no gluten ingredients, have caused issues likely due to cross contamination. I was with a large group and all of the food came out at once, with nothing specially marked gf. I do not believe they too cross contamination precautions because I’m writing this at 3 am, 9 hours after eating there, and 4 hours after I started experiencing symptoms; bloating, abdominal pain, and sitting here on my porcelain throne for the um-teenth time.

The waiter was very knowledgeable about gluten free options - which is pretty much the whole menu! We got the grilled street corn, chips and guac (the best), and I got pulled pork tacos. I will 100% be back again it was delicious

I ordered from Naco Taco through DoorDash. All of the food items on the menu have an option to add an allergy/ food intolerance which was really good. I felt very comfortable ordering anything off the menu as a result. I ordered the taco bowl and it was really tasty. It arrived cold which was disappointing, but the food was really good quality and a huge portion size!! I would eat here again as a Coeliac.

This place handles allergies really well. Most stuff is naturally gluten free but they also noted that they would clean the grill if cross contamination was an issue. Delicious homemade tortillas for the tacos!!

I spoke with 3 waitstaff and they all knew how to handle my gluten and shellfish dietary restrictions. I did not eat the chips.
The taco bowl ingredients were fresh, flavorful and lots of it.
As an aside, there are lots of picnic tables and they dealt with Covid professionally. I would be happy to return

The only item they have with gluten is the bread for tortas which are grilled on a separate surface. Staff confirmed they change gloves when handling this.

Friendly staff, awesome gf tacos...had one of each. Local cider was great too.
Great food, knowledgeable staff, good prices. Highly recommended.

This place was sooo good! The margs are delicious, and many items on the menu are GF. So many great options!

I love this place. The tacos are delicious and all gluten free, including the fried shrimp/fish tacos which are coated in rice flour. Guacamole is delish as well. As a celiac I feel comfortable eating here, have not gotten sick on either of my two visits.

Excellent taco options and a huge mound of guacamole #savedmynightout

Great celiac safe tacos! All tacos are GF, even the fried ones. One time, a waiter told me they are fried in a shared fryer and not safe for Celiacs... I was surprised and upset, since I’d been told otherwise in the past and eaten them. The manager rectified the situation by personally reaching out and confirming that the waiter was misinformed and the fryer is fully GF. The street corn is also AMAZING. Recommend!
Yes
Very gf safe and the tacos are pretty darn good. Not the best I’ve had but no complaints. I have been multiple times!
When we first moved the Cambridge, the food was so-so and felt overpriced. Something flipped in the last couple of years, because this is my go-to for celiac-safe tacos. Have eaten here many times and not gotten sick, though to be clear I only ever eat the chips and guac, tacos, and drinks. They have dedicated GF friers, make the corn tortillas in-house with GF masa, and all of the tacos are GF. Yum.
Yes
Really good food but got very sick after eating here. I had a few different tacos and fried plantains-was informed that everything was gf. I’m thinking the plantains were not safe and that the server was misinformed. Would be willing to try the tacos again.

I'm a bit of a taco connoisseur outside of being a 24/7 celiac, and these tacos are the bomb!!! Went with my team after a competition and they love it too. Highly recommended, never had any issues, I feel very safe here. My favorites are the duck, lamb, and fish.
Yes
Really good tacos and the fried fish tacos are gluten free. I have eaten here a few times and never had issues. They do have Tortas which are on regular bread, if you are highly sensitive note that this isn't a fully gluten free menu nor is it a totally gluten free environment. My most recent server was really informed, had a mixed experience with a bartender in terms of knowing the menu, but overall staff knows what's going on
Everything was pretty much gf but I didn't really enjoy the food. Neither did my gluten eating friends.
Yes
Pretty much everything on the menu is gluten free aside from the sandwiches. The chicken tacos were awesome and the whole experience was super affordable. Would come again. :3
Awesome fried cod tacos with homemade corn tortillas! Menu is gf by design, except for tostadas (which have a gf option). Food is great, fun atmosphere with both indoor and outdoor seating.
I'm in town for the Dragon Boat Festival and a local from another team, who has Celia, suggested this place. Most of the menu is Gluten - Free and Fresh! I have Celia Disease and I'm a sensitive Celia. I had the Fish Tacos and chips with guacamole, it was really good. No reaction so far.
