Staff extremely knowledgeable about allergies and being coeliac, food is all marked with an allergen flag and you are asked as soon as you sit down if you have any allergies! Only thing was i ordered the chickpea patty and it didn’t come with any of the extras it was just the patty on the plate.

As a celiac, i love going to nandos. I can have chicken butterfly with peri salted chips and managers are well knowledgeable about celiac and gluten so they take me through the precautions they take such as chefs washing hands before handling my food and cleaning down the friers to ensure no cross contamination.

I am sooooooo impressed with this nando's. Not only is it BEAUTIFUL, the staff were fantastic and they took my gluten free needs very seriously. Only the manager would serve us due to my dietaries and I felt very safe and taken care of. Honestly, my first visit to London, I was so impressed.

I am sooooooo impressed with Nando's UK. The staff were fantastic and they took my gluten free needs very seriously. Only the manager would serve me due to my GF dietaries for a coeliac and I felt very safe and taken care of.

Had delicious chicken with sweet potatoes. Also the loaded fries taste nice. Nice staff around and they have a special list on their ipad where all the allergies are. Very nice place to go to!

I specified my requirements when seated. Was given an ipad to search what I'd like and check allergens. Lots of choice. Ordered at till so manager could monitor. Came with an 'allergy' flag so I knew it was mine. My OH ordered garlic bread. Server kept it separate and away from my side of table.

They’re very careful with allergies and I feel safe however I do sometimes feel unwell after eating here, very hit and miss so will no longer eat here
