Waiter was extremely friendly and willing to ask manager any questions i had.. Limited menu.. However i was very ill after eating! They can not guarantee criss contamination!
Mixed review. Sometimes staff is knowledgable, but when it comes to take out I do not recommend. They messed it up the last 3x even though I complained. I stopped ordering from them
Ordered sirloin tips with fried vegetables, broccoli, stuffed baked potato and it was absolutely amazing food! No contamination, service was amazing! I am from Canada and having the gluten free options at the restaurant was fantastic!!! Definitely 5 stars!!!!

Always accommodating. Always a good meal. At this 99 they have a separate fryer for the French fries.

First time ever not having a positive experience at a 9’s. Won’t be back. Told waitress I have a gluten and dairy allergy. Came out with an allergy stick. Ordered fajita bowl no protein, no cheese, no sauce. After eating most of the meal, found a piece cheese at bottom of plate.
Only positive I can say is the manager apologized and comp’d the meal. She also told me she had the kitchen move things around to avoid this for future individuals.
Took the celiac very seriously and was knowledgeable. Special delivery with gloves.
Ordered from items labeled GS. Discussed Celiac with waitress, reviewed their measures to reduce rish cross contamination. Food brought out by manager with allergy alert.
Had a lobster roll even though not listed as gluten sensitive. Waitress spoke with the chef for me, they had GF buns for burgers. It was yummy. I've eaten at multiple 99 sites in NH, VT, MA and have never gotten sick. Food comes out by manager, allergy marker.
I had balsamic salmon, mashed potatoes, and house salad without croutons. It was very yummy.
