If you have an actual problem with gluten like me, this probably isn't the greatest place for you. Cross contamination is a big problem (enough to get me sick) even if you state you have an allergy. He brought out the gluten free dish with onions made with soy sauce (not gluten free) I sent it back but still was not feeling well with the gluten free dish sans onions.

The chips aren't even gluten free... They are in grocery stores but not in restaurant.... No way I'll go there again.

I have been to the On the Border on 41st in Tulsa many times. I usually don't order from gf menu. Don't know that I've ever mentioned my food has to be gf. As long as I order enchiladas, tacos, or fajitas, I have no problem. The staff has always been courteous and quick to fill my order. The food has always been delicious. I love going here.

They have a code to scan for allergies. After asking the waitress if I could have an item because I have several allergies the manager came out and talked with me. He was very helpful and made some cooking adjustments to accommodate my allergies.

Staff was super knowledgeable and helpful. Good food and didn't get sick. Will definitely be back! Edit: have been back several times since my original review and still no problems and still great food!

Gluten free menu. Had the chimchurri chicken and shrimp with rice and veggies. No reactions. Very good. Chips not gluten free.
