They have a separate GF menu. Server was knowledgeable about gluten free. Since my son does not show symptoms I am unsure about cross contamination.
Gluten Free but I had a long brown hair on my ribs plus they were only like warm. This was my first bad experience at an Outback.
We ordered baby ribs that was very good with decent choice of sides. Their GF brownie is amazing!

As well as being gluten-free and very sensitive to cross contamination, I am now on a low-fat map elimination diet. I told the waiter that I had several allergies and had a few questions about the menu. He went ahead and told the chef about my allergies and when he brought our drinks he said they would take care of me. He went above and beyond and I really appreciated it. No bad reactions at all.

Meh service, but AMAZING to have a sizable gluten free menu to pick food from. The server seemed fairly aware, and I did not get sick. Steak could have been better, gluten free brownie dessert with ice cream was DELICIOUS ❤

When trying to find a safe location in this area, I asked about kitchen practices. They have a second grill for allergies. The owner or manager (I can’t exactly remember) has a family member who also has Celiac Disease so they were trying to educate their staff about Celiac Disease.
