Ordered to go, having celiac I called to make sure the seasonings were gluten free. Everything tasted awful and within an hour I was doubled over in pain and instant migraine. Do not eat here if you have celiac!

I always went to Outback and felt safe- until recently. I always specify that I have celiac when I say gluten free. Recently my house salad came back and as I’m eating it, I notice crouton dust on top. Major panic attack- needless to say, I won’t be back- cross- contamination happens and it is not taken seriously.

Outback is always awesome... I always get a steak and potato combo.... The salads are always really good there too.

I had the gf salmon and mixed veggies and added a garlic mashed to make a meal. the mashed were dry and the mixed veggies were cooked to death pale with a brown color ,and bland. the manager offered to have the kitchen redo the order and claimed the vegetables are fresh... the tab was over $20 for a cafeteria Ikea style meal. corporate chefs not going out of their way to make a decent gf option for people. wouldn't recommend the chain, no reflection on the staff at this particular location.

Waiter was very understanding of celiac. They had a gluten free menu. I had steak with jacket potatoes and broccoli. Steak was really tender and tasty. Will be going again before we leave. Bit expensive and with limited choices it’s the way it is

Good food and great service. The waiter even brought me an orange to enjoy while the others in my party ate a blooming onion.

I have gone to this location multiple times and have not gotten sick. The wait staff is very familiar with gluten free protocol.

Decided to try outback since there were good chain reviews, but the service and food quality here was lacking. They did offer a GF menu, but options did still feel limited. I got the sirloin steak, baked potato, and a house salad. Steak was cooked well, but bland. Baked potato was drenched in butter, which I was not expecting. No burger options for GF.
My husband got normal, gluten filled food, and it was also sub par. We thought it was funny that his burger bun was falling apart as badly as GF buns do! I had little pitty for him lol
We got the chocolate thunder down under dessert, which was yummy, but very very rich.
All in all, it was over priced for the quality of food we got. I did not have a reaction, so good on that front.
