I very much enjoyed the gluten free pancake options. I did not ask about cross contamination or anything so I’m sorry I don’t have that information. They have remodeled since I was last there and it was a Sunday brunch time when I went and it was Very loud. The rest of my group enjoyed their food. But the noise level would definitely be too much for some people.

I AM OBSESSED! We are on the last day of our Colorado vacation, heading back to Wisconsin so we needed to get some breakfast before heading home. I have celiac disease and this place was highly recommended. I had the pancake flight and omg! You would never know that these pancakes were gluten free! So fluffy and flavorful, the staff was fantastic and accommodating, I seriously can’t say enough great things about this place! If you are in Colorado Springs and need some amazing gluten free food, check them out! They have a tone of options!

The food was amazing and 10/10 recommend. The gluten free pancakes are a MUST have (if you have a sweet tooth). Then the cooks change their gloves and clean the stovetop before cooking your meal. And make sure there’s a toothpick on your food, that’s how you know they made it gluten free.

Lots of GF options but do mention if you have celiac. They recommended I stay away from the pancakes and hash browns. The pancakes are made on a shared grill. The hash browns are okay (made on a separate grill) but are in close vicinity to non-GF food. Probably would have been fine but played it safe and got the breakfast tacos instead as recommended. Charlie was our server and super knowledgeable! He made sure the staff knew to take extra precautions for celiac. Definitely will come back!

* new location * I was super nervous to come here as I know there’s gluten present in their kitchen. I told the server I had celiac and just ordered the GF English muffin (delish), a fried egg & OJ. She talked to the cooks who said it’s pretty easy to keep from cross contamination unless it’s one of the “GF” pancakes. So I was sure to avoid those. Thankfully I didn’t get sick & maybe I’ll try more next time!
Lots of gluten free options! Service is slow.
I stopped here while going through. I didn't experience any issues with the food I received.

I love love love Over Easy but every time I get the Pancakes I have a reaction immediately. They do have other GF options I just wouldn’t recommend the pancakes.
GF corned beef hash with jalapeno chutney 😍😍
Yes
Saturday morning and they were packed but I called in an order and the hostess was super knowledgeable and even made recommendations for me. Had the avocado muffin with the salad. Added tofu and was very pleased.
This place is the bomb, they have any pancakes you want. They are GF friendly and they have the GF on the menu. Makes it easier to order. I hate when I have to ask for a GF menu. it's usually a card, ugh!! I have eaten here and never had a reaction. Great staff as well.
I have not eaten at this location. Based on my experience at the downtown location, I would assume this location is not celiac friendly. It has a nice breakfast menu and is a good option for people without dietary restrictions.

We ate here at about 9:30am on Monday and it was packed! But we had great service. Rachel was our server and seemed very knowledgeable about keeping our Celiac family safe. My main question is whether the GF pancakes are cooked on a dedicated portion of the griddle and they are! Yahoo! Both of our kids got the chocolate chip pancakes (kid sized) and loved them. I had the quinoa in coconut milk and it was about my favorite breakfast I've ever had - now I'm on a mission to recreate it at home. Our server marked our ticket as the requisite "allergy," and told me the cooks would change gloves for our order. All in all I'd highly recommend it!

I always appreciate gluten-free pancakes and everything tastes good. Always very busy, though!
Saturday morning and the food came quick even though the place was busy. Waitress was good asked if we had questions. Remembered to keep checking on us and the coffee was good! Food was good as well.
Yes
Only one menu item labeled gluten free. I can cook eggs at home.
My food was excellent, would recommend the GF breakfast tacos

I had a gluten free muffins classic eggs benedict. The wife had a traditional muffin. The muffin was very good. but we both felt they skimped on hollandaise sauce. Also, the hollandaise lacked tang. We both had poached eggs that were cooked a bit too long, there was hardly any runny part. My plate had less hash browns than hers.
There's a pokestop nearby ;-)
My hubby and I were passing through and stopped for breakfast. They make a few adjustments to the pancake menu to accommodate the GF requirements . The service was exceptional, and the food was fabulous!

The other reviews lead us to this place, few clarifications. Only the pancakes, eggs and hash browns and English muffin are gluten free and you have to pay more for that option. Gre as the food and service just wish I had known about the price difference and that they didn't have gf bread/rolls ( I was excited for French toast) . I will go back again.

this place is 5 stars without a doubt.
5 star food.
5 star atmosphere
5 star servers
and i can get a great breakfast workout getting sick. i will be a regular here.

Good food and service but very crowed all the time! A lot of the items on the menu come in gluten free if something is taken out of the dish.
my first experience here was phenomenal. Unfortunately, my last 5 times have been expensive and either bland, or just flat out untasty. I've actually taken to telling my friends I'll eat at home rather than join them here any more.

Amazing gf pancakes and super friendly service.

Best pancake of my life! They have a Bloody Mary bar! Highly recommended. They knew their GF stuff!
Entire family had a great lunch here while on vacation. This location is at an outdoor mall. They had a nice outdoor patio. All the food tasted very fresh. GF daughter loved having eggs benedict for the first time. Staff was very knowledgeable.

The staff seems knowledgeable about Celiac and careful. The servers never give me a hard time when I ask questions. I LOVE their gluten free pancakes, though I'm not thrilled about the (admittedly small) charge for gluten free ingredients. I buy the pure maple syrup for extra because I wasn't sure about the gluten free status of their regular syrup--but I like the maple syrup better anyway.
Yes
The gf pancakes are awesome! The staff are super nice and very knowledgeable.
Love them just as much as Salsa Brava!
worth trying but probably won’t come back. I got the cooked quinoa bowl, a side of apple chicken sausage, and the beet juice.
the juice was GREAT, the quinoa bowl was pretty good, and the sausage was super dry.
lots of egg options, which can be cooked in a separate pan, and pancakes (but those are cooked on a shared grill top)

Ordered 3 eggs with bacon, hash browns, and a side buttermilk pancake. Pancake came out with Gf label and server Tori confirmed the hash browns and bacon would be celiac safe before I ordered. Ordering with knowledgeable staff makes it so much easier to trust that cross contact is minimized. Everything was delicious. Menu had GFA label for a lot of items.

This place is very aware about celiac and they asked if I had any allergies which is really nice. I got breakfast tacos and it was so good. I will want to try the pancakes next time! I didn’t get glutened.

Pretty good food and gf clearly labeled. We got the gourmet pancake flight with a strawberry cheesecake (only ok), blueberry something (a little better than the cheesecake), and Hawaiian which was the best by far. The gf pancake base was one of the better ones I’ve had so I bet the classic buttermilk would be great! We also tried the corned beef hash with a gf English muffin on the side. The corned beef was awesome - the jalapeno bacon jam on top was incredible!!- , hash browns delicious, but the English muffin was… almost inedible. I hate to be that harsh but I’m pretty forgiving of gf breads and this one was just not good. I’d definitely go back to try other menu items!

I’ve gotten takeout from here a couple of times, and the best thing about it is the bacon. I’m not a big bacon fan, but I really like their bacon for some reason. I have only ordered the three egg scramble with spinach and mushroom, it comes with hashbrowns, and once I opted for the gluten-free tortilla and the other time I splurged and got the gluten-free English muffin.
There is an up charge of $3.50 for the gluten-free English muffin, PLUS an up charge of $3.00 just for simply marking it as a gluten-free meal. Obviously, that’s pretty annoying.
It’s all very good food though, except for the gluten-free tortillas. They come with the meal free of charge, but they are barely edible. I would either opt for the English muffin, which was actually very good, or just nothing at all in that category. Hard pass on the tortillas.
The staff seems well-versed in cross-contamination, and the gluten-free meals come with a gluten-free label pick in the food, which always makes me feel reassured that they got the order right and didn’t get mixed up with another meal. I do appreciate that.
I plan to get breakfast here, one more time before leaving town, and overall, I would absolutely recommend this restaurant.
