Food is good, but they gave a full gluten sandwich when I clearly ordered GF. Fortunately I double checked, the first said it was GF (without looking) and then admitted it was not when I pushed it and opened the box. Good choice for people who are sensitive but be careful if celiac.

They have numerous gluten free items. If you tell them you have celiac, they use entirely separate utensils, cookware, etc to prepare your meal (it takes a bit longer, understandably.)
The food always seems very fresh, with high quality ingredients.
Many vegetarian and vegan options.
Excellent food, very nice and professional service, low prices. I highly recommend you try it out!
Very busy at lunchtime.

My experience here was ...comical! TL/DR: the food was good and I didn't get glutened! But man, the cashier seemed about 420 puffs deep into his day.
The bad:
- At one point Stoney McBlaze said, "Yeah if you have celiac or whatever that thing is called we can do that." I told him he wasn't making me feel confident in his ability to avoid cross contamination - tbh I'm surprised I went through with the meal.
- Nothing was labeled in our to-go bag so we did our best to pick which wraps were teff flour (GF) and which were flour (the flour one had a red hue).
- Their online menu is different from the menu they have in store (not everything, but a few variations). No big shareable appetizers, and the hummus we got with GF bread was super disappointing (the bread was just basic Udi's or something of the sort). My dude suggested soup as an appetizer.
The good:
- When I went to pick up the food my high guy was VERY inquisitive about what it means to have celiac! Asked a ton of questions, and knew the severity.
- He talked me through their process of cleaning surfaces before using them for the GF stuff.
Would I go back? Maybe if I was on his level, but probably not...

Lots of GF options: paninis, salads, soups, desserts. They said to tell them if you have celiac, because then they will go the extra mile to clean the surfaces first. They did share, though, that like many restaurants, they are fatigued by the fad gluten-free dieters who make them go the extra mile to avoid cross-contamination, and then turn around and take a big bite of their friends wheat bread sandwich. They have a bad taste in their mouth from that; but they’re savvy enough to understand that people with celiac actually need those precautions, and seem happy to help such folks.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable—lots of gluten free options, including the best soup I ever had (if the German potato and bacon soup is available-get it!) From what I can tell it is celiac friendly, but my symptoms can be hard to pin down so check other reviews too.
The staff was very helpful (and patient). There are quite a few GF choices including paninis, wraps and soups. I had a panini, which was very good although for some might have been on the small side. I also had a very nice lemon basil cookie-chewy and yummy. Food tastes great and I did not get sick.
They are very responsive to celiac concerns Since the pannini grill is used to grill gluten containing bread the waitress suggested that any of the sandwich combinations could be prepared as a salad. The Eat-your-heart-out chicken salad was excellent. We suggested that they consider purchasing another paninni grill to be dedicated gluten free and she said she would pass on the suggestion. She gave me a taste of the vegan, gluten free rice pudding and it was heavenly. My husband and I went back that evening after the play and enjoyed that amazing dessert.

The Garlic Chipotle Chicken soup was good but it was a very little cup for almost $4. The panini was little and expensive too!! The waitress did listen very well and still put bread with the soup after I told her three times "no bread, gluten free"!! Would NOT recommend if you have celiac!!!!!

Delicious gluten-free paninis. Worth the extra money for quality ingredients.
Food was delicious but not worth the price. I did love that they had teff wraps though.
