Gluten free pasta available and the staff was knowledgeable and helpful about gluten free options. Menu designated what options could be made gluten free. The mozzarella and tomatoes was delicious. No gluten free dessert options. Overall a good option.
Not as many options as I had hoped. Mediocre food. Ordered two dishes the same so the kitchen wouldn't be confused & cook the pasta together & they tasted different.
Absolutely delicious food. I had the Parmesan chicken and it was the best I've ever had. The atmosphere is nice and the prices are low.
I would rank Pantusos highly if my kids didn't have celiac disease. I was told my sons fries would be fried separately. When he waiter brought them to us, I asked again to double check. After going to the kitchen, he said they had been cooked in the same fryer but assured me the chef said "the gluten will cook out in high temperatures". I can't go back. Not with that ignorance about food they advertise as gluten free.
Wonderful Italian food!!! Many gluten free options. I had eggplant parmigiano; one if my favorite meals that I haven't been able to eat since going gluten free several years ago. Loved it! I don't think we will be eating anywhere else when staying in Grand Junction, Colorado.
Just about every item can be prepared Gluten free. I had the veal parmigiana and it was spectacular. Service was great too

Excellent options! The GF calamari was so good. Staff was very nice and knowledgable.
Super knowledgeable & friendly staff and owners! Very responsive to gluten free needs. Menu clearly labeled as to what could be made gluten free - which ends up being almost every dish. Shrimp and sausage baked "ziti" (made with gf rotelli noodles) is incredible. The shrimp pignoli (also with gf rotelli) was good as well.
Walking distance to most hotels near the regional airport, and very easy distance (<1mi) from Hwy 70 through town.
The gf pasta was delish and the Bolognese was maybe the best I've had in Colorado. Going to visit again tomorrow night.
Excellent staff who accommodated the needs of myself and my sister to be both gluten free and dairy free. The key is to call ahead. They did a great job figuring something out for us.
Great gf menu. Love the eggplant parmesan. They have a separate section of their kitchen for gluten free. I eat here regularly.
I can't say how the food is because I refused to eat here after asking about their methods to prevent cross contamination. They boil the pasta in separate water, but that seems to be the extent of their knowledge. They told me that all fried items (such as calamari) are placed in the same fryer as the gluten-containing items. I politely told the server that they might want to rethink that as they could make people seriously sick and she responded with a flippant attitude and blew me off. You couldn't pay me to eat here.
