Our go-to area restaurant for dinner because they handle gluten free and celiac requests very well and the food is delicious! Ask for the GF dinner rolls at the start of the meal and they’ll bring out for you with your own dipping oil! Gf pasta can be subbed into most pasta dishes, gf pizza is made separately and is very good. Usually a manager will bring out my dish to assure that it’s been prepared without cross contamination and for celiac requirements.

Pizza was extremely undercooked, to the point that we couldn’t really eat it. We used to frequent their location on Newbury Street and always had great experiences, but we were disappointed with the takeout meal we got from this one.

Delicious food, I got a risotto dish and loved it. The staff were very cautious and knowledgeable and they even had a manager bring me my food. A gluten free roll was provided on a separate plate for me when the rest of my party got bread. The gluten free menu was fairly large and the sorbet I had for desert was delicious.

Our daughter, who has celiac, was in heaven. Garlic bread! Cheese sticks! Ravioli! A wonderful place for GF, and no issues at all.

The best GF pizza I’ve had. Started with the kale salad (delicious) and my husband got the GF ravioli. While that was also good- get the pizza. It’s outstanding. Cheese baked into the crust gives it a wonderful flavor and texture. Also great service here. Will be back!!

Visited with my gluten eating family, they were fantastic and very knowledgeable about the celiac, gluten free, and cross contamination. Even when our food was brought to the table, it was done so as to not get my gluten free food contaminated. Food was delicious. Will absolutely go back when back in Boston!

Have been about 10 times and have gotten sick twice. One time my reaction was so severe I ended up on morphine throwing up blood. The time I got severely sick THREE managers talked with me (as I told them I've been sick there before) and they promised me my food was safe. Ended up realizing they gave me the gluten free ravioli (could tell by shape) but gave me my dads veal parm. Will never go back and do not recommend for celiacs as when I called to tell them I got sick they really didn't care.

I loved this place. They brought me hot GF bread fresh out of the oven with olive oil for dipping. The fried mozzarella was a treat. I was excited to try the GF ravioli and enjoyed it. I would go back again in a heartbeat.

They just added two ravioli dishes to the GF menu! I had the mushroom and goat cheese ravioli in a sherry cream sauce last night and it was amazing. The staff here are careful and I have never been sick after a meal here.

Amazing accommodation! The manager and our waitress were going back and forth from the kitchen to make sure that our allergies were being accommodated. My mom can't eat dairy or gluten and I'm celiac but they were so helpful and patient! The food was absolutely fantastic too! Definitely going back!

They have a gluten-free pizza crust which was okay. Fortunately, I did not get any adverse reaction from gluten so I feel safe to say it's okay for celiacs. Unfortunately, I got horrific heartburn from it so I won't be going back.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE CELIAC DISEASE.

Asked my server if they have a gluten free menu, he says no but they have GF bread and pasta and some options. He brings out bread. My mistake was eating it without confirming if this is GF bread. Spoiler, it was regular bread. I order my meal GF and specify it's an allergy, my date orders his regular meal containing gluten. The server brings out another round of bread and I ask if its GF bread because now my date is here and he does not have a food allergy. He says no its regular bread, and I notice it looks exactly the same as the bread I just ate. Now I am nervous and ask if the bread I just finished eating was GF? He says no it was also regular bread.

On my way running to the restroom to empty my stomach, I got stopped on my way over by 2 staff members who would not let me through without a mask. I had to go back across the restaurant just to go get my mask to go back again to be able to vomit.

I will never be coming here again and do not recommend going if you have any food allergies or sensitivities. I would give zero stars if I could.

My first time at Papa Razzi and I wasn't disappointed! I was recommended this restaurant because I have Celiac Disease and needed somewhere that offered Gluten Free. It's a rare occasion I get to enjoy delicious authentic GF Italian, and Papa Razzi did it right! I ordered the fried mozzarella appetizer and I had Chicken Parmesan for my entree. Both delicious. Even the non-gf friends I was with enjoyed the mozzarella. I will definitely recommend this restaurant and I will be back!!
