I order here occasionally and have never gotten sick. Good is always clearly labeled GF and packaged separately from other items. They do sometimes still throw in non GF fortune cookies so be cautious of that.

I have gotten sick here more than once. I think it depends on your server, how busy the restaurant is and other factors. I personally crossed it off my list, which is unfortunate.
I ordered the GF chicken lettuce dish, and my coworkers ordered the regular one. I could clearly see that my dish was prepared differently, it looked different and was on a different type of plate. They assured me they told the chef and that it was prepared in a dedicated wok. I felt good eating it, but it wasn’t as good as the regular was pre-celiac. Servers were very nice and understanding of my concerns.
I’ve never had a problem at this location, and I’m really sensitive. I’ve tested the food on a couple different occasions and it has always come up gluten free. I usually get takeout, it is always well labeled, with gluten free soy sauce, and the cashier checks that all the items are right. A little pricy, a little too sweet, but a good option.

Have eaten here numerous times and not gotten sick (and have Celiac). They are careful, have special plates to designate GF (so ask which ones if you want to be sure), and they have a pretty extensive menu. Wish the food were a teeny bit better but overall good and Chinese and safe so...!
Yes
They have their own GF menu, had a few dishes which were pretty tasty and the best part, sickness free! Friendly staff as well!
just placed am all gluten free order and the food was great, didn't get ill afterwards.
I love this place! They have never gotten my husband or I sick. There soup is great and we always get the lemon chicken, beef and broccoli and chicken fried rice. never go wrong here. and they are very friendly staff. will continue to go here.
I love the option for gf Chinese! Also, everything gf comes on clearly marked plates, so it's easy to identify.

Eaten here many times before but got glutened this evening...we ordered take out via their app - not sure what happened. And yes, I know it was from here - my reaction time is pretty exact. I'd go but wouldn't do take out again.
GF menu is somewhat limited but what they do have is delicious, interesting and beautifully presented. Staff is very accomodating about allergies.
GF items are marked, cooked in separate area in the kitchen and brought on the plates that are different color, visualizing allergen free dish.

This is my favorite restaurant both on the road and at home. They are reliably celiac friendly and the food is great, too.
UPDATE - I ordered takeout GF lettuce wraps and got glutened. I don’t know what had gluten but based on my reaction, something did.

They have a system in place so that every knows the dietary needs for that order. Staff is very educated and eager to take care of you. One of the top 2 most trusted estabishments on our list. Oh yeah, I almost forgot, the food is delicious!!

I get p.f. chang’s everyday i’m in bham! Gluten free menu and they use dedicated kitchen space when something is ordered gluten free. The most comforting thing to me is that all of their gluten free menu is automatically gluten free (even off the regular menu) so I don’t have to worry as much about someone grabbing the wrong sauce or something!
