Ate there today. Got the gluten free option spicy chicken dish. I verified that it was gluten free with the server when he delivered it. I got very sick from it. Won’t go back for sure.
My celiac daughter is a picky eater. So I was excited when I found out they offer a kids gf chicken fried rice plate with oranges and broccoli. I tried a bite and it tasted just like the regular version. She had no reactions after eating. I highly recommend if you love chicken fried rice.
I asked our server on two separate occasions about how they prepare the food and they both told us they prepare the gluten free dishes in a separate area of the kitchen. They have gluten free soy sauce packets as well if you ask. I come here regularly and the food is good. Gluten free dishes come out on a different colored plate too.

I have always had good luck and good food at P. F. Chang's. My meal here was no different...very good.
I always have a great experience at PF Chang’s. They have a separate kitten area where your meal is prepped and your food comes out on a different style and color plate to ensure it is GF. I always get the Singapore Street Noodles! My meal was fantastic

Pretty good. With a big group of people that didn’t have to eat gf. I appreciate that they put the gf stuff on different dishes, but felt like the waiter was distracted when I talked to him which made me nervous. The fried rice was blah, but I love the lettuce wraps and no symptoms.
Although I was nervous to eat at a chain, I was craving a hot meal during a full day of flying. I checked safety protocols with the host and server, both of whom noted the clearly marked gluten free options on the menu. When my food arrived -- broccoli beef with fried rice -- my server confirmed its gf status. It was DELICIOUS and plentiful, enough to share with my non-gf honey. No issues afterward and my gut is super sensitive. There are gf vegetarian, chicken, beef and shrimp options, as well as egg drop soup and a couple of appetizers. I encourage everyone to ask questions and advocate for your needs. When it comes to gluten-filled airports, though, this PF Chang's was a satisfying option.

Personally I have never gotten sick eating at a PF Chang’s. I love that I can go here to have Chinese food which can be hard to find GF. I always get the Chang’s spicy chicken with white rice and will usually split a pad thai or other GF noodle dish with my partner. They also have an amazing happy hour at the bar with great $5 margaritas. I believe the lettuce wraps are also on the happy hour menu which can be made gluten free. I feel like the staff is very knowledgeable about gluten and handles food properly. :)
