Many amazing-looking items were marked GF on the menu, and the food was delicious. When we were ordering, we were very very clear that we needed everything to be celiac level GF. Our waiter seemed knowledgeable & reassured us that utmost care would be taken. But some or all of our food wasn’t GF.
Absolutely delicious meal, but I. Was. So. Sick.
I’ve been to this PF Changs several times and never had a problem. However, my last visit, they gave me the wrong sauce, and checking with the chef, they said it was very likely a wheat-based sauce. They have a system for ensuring the food is on a designated gluten free plate but no such system for sauce. Be careful if ordering here.
Awesome option for those with Celiac’s! Not a lot but decent gluten free options. Delicious. Have never gotten sick, and I’ve eaten at multiple locations. Knowledgeable staff. They serve all gluten free food on a unique plate so you know you’ve got gluten free. Lettuce wraps can be ordered gluten free. One of my favs! I almost always get the Mongolian beef. Super yummy. Recommend for sure!
My husband and I have eaten here 3 times so far. Our food and sauces are always clearly marked “gluten free”. I have not gotten sick, and I am very sensitive to any kind of cross contamination. They take their gluten free customers serious and I feel safe dining or ordering take-out from here.
Are here last night as an entirely gluten free family with our celiac daughter. This PF Chang’s experience was no different than any other experience we have had in the last 8 years since our daughter’s diagnosis. However, we were with friends who were not gluten free and I will say that I was very uncomfortable that they brought the gluten free food on the same serving tray with the non gluten free food. With the safeguards such as using different plates for gluten free, I would say this is a big no no. Daughter had no reactions.
food was good - service spotty upon being shown to our table I noticed a large spill on the floor. I told the hostess, who completely ignored me and the spill. I went to the bar and asked to speak to a manager. I was told one would come to my table. I ordered the lunch meal which comes with soup. When my meal came I noticed it was a large portion. Sure enough my bill was for a dinner plate and I was charged extra for the soup. i would nention this to management, bur I have no desire to stay here all night until one materializes. I just paid my bill and am leaving. The spill was never cleaned up, the manager nonexistent.
great gf choices . I got gf chicken lettuce wraps and egg drop soup to go and it didn't give me any reactions also they labeled all of their To go boxes with a big red gluten free stickers !
Not the best food OK price's have had problems with the gluten free food being cooked all the way
Excellent food... Good options. One of my favorite choices for a gluten free dinner
Their menu is on the regular menu. Lots of options and they bring GF soy sauce to the table. dishes have different plates so you know they are right. Eaten there 30 times, never an issue. They even have dessert!
We have eaten here twice on our visit so far. The food has been exceptional & our servers have been amazing in explaining the different coloured plates for GF items. Menu was explained. Only a few GF on the menu, however they have been so nice and something we would typically order anyway, so very happy. Our non- coeliac family members ordered dumplings (not GF) and servers were quick to let us know they were not Gf! Felt very safe eating here and both my daughter and I have not had any sickness.
they do have a separate kitchen for the gf food and offer gf soy sauce if you ask. every time in-store i get the gf vegetarian fried rice and its always amazing. the only downside is that every time i order to-go the rice has no sauce or flavor at all. also everything that isnt pre-made can be made gf. Edit: If you want consistently good food i would recommend the GF Pad Thai
