P.F. Chang's

After asking for a GF menu and telling waiter and we needed GF food AND ordering a GF item they still brought a dish that was not GF. The person that brought the food caught that it was not GF and waiter tool dish back to kitchen and returned with what he said was a GF dish. Well to make a long and miserable story shot, apparently it was NOT GF. This was the worst gluten my wife has ever had. We have ate at PF Chang’s 5 or 6 times and never had a problem. This was so severe a reaction that we won’t eat there anymore.

Alright so yes they will work with GF but they cannot accommodate multiple food issues. I have Celiac Disease and I am very allergic to eggs, and lactose intolerant. I had only one option of meal and it was chicken lettuce wrap tacos which is an appetizer. They are very kind and accommodating but their menu is not safe for multiple issues.

Do not frequent franchises due to risk, but we ordered a large take out order and they took special care with my order. Food was tasty and employees were friendly.

They have a separate gluten free menu. My daughter ordered takeout a few times and had no problems. She is very sensitive. No complaints.

WARNING: I got VERY sick from take out here and only ordered gluten free. One of the boxes was missing a GF label so it must have been a mixed up order. The manager didn't seem to understand what celiac disease is which is concerning. When I said I got sick from contamination he asked, "sick in what way?"

I haven't had an issue with other PF Changs but will be sure to avoid this location in the future.

This is the most gluten free friendly restaurant I have found since being diagnosed with Celiac Disease 5 yrs ago! I would eat here every day if I could! The friendly staff plus the great food - a wonderful GF experience every time! 💜🍴

PF Changs is consistently 100% safe every single time. Always a safe bet when traveling. Our waitress wasn't the best this particular instance but that is a fluke, every other PF Changs I've been too has been great.

They served me the regular dish, not the GF version and assured me it was GF. UGH.

BEST MOST SAFE GLUTEN FREE FOOD! I heard CEO has celiac & this is one of the only Asian places u can eat at that guarantees gluten free. I lived off of this when I first discovered my allergy. Thanks, PFChangs!

Best gluten free menu! SOOO comprehensive & diverse! I'm highly allergic to wheat and this place has saved my sanity in ordering out! I eat here 3x a week and never get cross-contaminated. They mark all the food with big orange stickers and it's always a 10/10!

So the service was great and the food was delicious, but I got glutened here and am paying for it now. :( I was sick within a couple of hours of my visit. I would not recommend if you’re celiac.

I had beef and broccoli with brown rice. Very good, and no after-effects at all. The staff seemed to be very aware of gluten problems and were pleasant and helpful.

They always have a very understanding staff that don’t make me feel like I’m being a pain when ordering with my restrictions. They are also really great and seeing if they can make a dish not on the GF menu but on the regular menu GF and a lot of them times the chef can find a way. They also have the best GF Pad Thai and Fried Rice I’ve ever had.

We have eaten here many, many times since I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2007, and I have never had any problems. I am disappointed that PF Chang's has reduced the options, but, honestly, it still has more choices than many places. I have tried pretty much everything on the gluten-free menu, and we have found enough options to order all gluten-free when dining with another couple.
