Great experience here. I love that they have a dedicated gluten free menu. Loved the chicken pad thai. The new management has been great in helping step up service and our waitress was very prompt and attentive.

I have had good experiences at PF Chang's restaurants in the past, however this location is not careful with gluten free preparation. I have left this location and thrown up on the way home. Besides the fact that the food was oversalted and mushy, there was clearly some cross contamination. I prefer the St. Charles or Chesterfield location.

No reaction but always takes at least twice as long as you expect- to be seated, for food, and for check. Eaten here more than a dozen times at this location and always spend an excessive amount of time even if calling ahead for takeout. Don't ever get sick though!

Quality and cleanliness seem to be a bit lacking lately. Servers are hit and miss but seriously not of the same caliber as a few years ago. Went for my birthday and was brought the bill before we could even ask for desert. Oh well Ted Drewes needs to be visited any how.

Haven't gotten ill here, and the food is great and there are tons of options, as Changs is across the whole franchise. This particular location can be hit or miss with the servers, however. At other locations, the GF dipping sauce components and GF soy sauce are offered automatically, and if your companion is not ordering GF, you usually receive your rice in a separate bowl. Not always so at this location, and I often get confused looks when they are requested, and some eye rolls during busy times. You have to be on your toes at this location, as opposed to some others (Baton Rouge rocks), which actually educated ME about eating out when I first was diagnosed.

Haven't eaten here in a long time but I'm so glad we went! I've been missing Chinese-type food since diagnosed. Was very pleased with their large GF menu. My non-GF husband even ordered off that menu so we could share. Waitress was very knowledgeable about sauces I could or couldn't eat. Looking forward to going back. Food was great! Looking forward to trying dessert next time.

The staff is knowledgable the menu had a lot of good choices. Your gf meal comes on a plate that had writing on it so everyone knows there is an allergy alert there Good idea

love their gluten free menu. I have never been ill from the Brentwood or Chesterfield locations

I asked our server on two separate occasions about how they prepare the food and they both told us they prepare the gluten free dishes in a separate area of the kitchen. They have gluten free soy sauce packets as well if you ask. I come here regularly and the food is good. Gluten free dishes come out on a different colored plate too.

We came here with a large party and the server did a wonderful job of accommodating and ensuring our meal was correct. We eat at our local one every few months and it was nice to go to this one and have the same experience.

I’ve been to this PF Changs several times and never had a problem. However, my last visit, they gave me the wrong sauce, and checking with the chef, they said it was very likely a wheat-based sauce. They have a system for ensuring the food is on a designated gluten free plate but no such system for sauce. Be careful if ordering here.

Me and my husband used PF Chang's as our only safe option to eat out due to their gf protocols. The last time we ordered meals to go. When we got home my husband's food was luckily labeled (is not labeled every time we order) but had a mystery fried food in the dish. We called to let the manager know and she tried to tell us it was fine. I advised her it was not and likely won't be back due to trust issues. He had 2 bites but no reaction so that's good.

The food was good and staff was very friendly. So nice to have an option while traveling. And the menu is marked!
