i am not very sensitive but I have eaten here half a dozen times and never felt sick. it is definitely a risk because the staff can't completely confirm everything but by nature their pho is indeed gluten free. it also tastes great.

The menu is not marked with gluten free options. I had the pho with flank steak and did not get sick. The waiter said the noodles do not have flour but I wouldn’t say he came across as 100% knowledgeable. I checked the hoisin sauce ingredients as they were putting them in the bottles and there is wheat flour in that so do not add that to your pho. When I asked the gentleman filling the sauce bottles if there was gluten he said “what is that?”

I’ve eaten pho here at least six times over the last three years and have never gotten even a little sick. I am very sensitive to gluten and get sick even with just cross contamination. I always get well done flank pho or shrimp pho. Most employees speak little English but there is usually one guy there who speaks decent English and he’s confirmed with me that there’s no soy sauce or wheat
I will NEVER go here again. I'm intolerant and not even Celiac but when I go out to eat I say that I am Celiac so my allergy will be taken seriously. My waiter acknowledged that he understood what gluten was and that the rice noodles and the pho I ordered along with my bubble tea were completely GF.
Within 30 minutes of eating here my stomach began cramping up and I got a horrible rash. I was glutened and I'm not even as sensitive as a Celiac so I would skip this if you have allergies. I know I won't be back and still feel terrible.
Called and the person on the phone told me that the "rice" noodles in the pho are not 100% rice and do contain wheat flour! Be careful!
No
I have celiac and I can order any pho on the menu without getting sick. The bubble tea & non-fried spring rolls (in rice wraps) are also great.
