Really tasty! I have silent celiac, so hard to tell how safe, but I was reassured that it would be alright.

I loved the Pho House prior to getting diagnosed with celiac disease. The BBQ pork fried rice doesn’t have soy sauce in the recipe (and is SO tasty). They were knowledgeable about cross contamination and reported extra effort to make my meal safely. I’m pretty sensitive and didn’t get sick. They shared that many of the Pho are naturally gluten free and even offered to make some recipes (like another old favorite of mine, the bahn mi) with tamari instead of soy sauce. I haven’t taken them up on those to report outcomes, but I would recommend this place if you want to roll the dice on a NOT-dedicated GF kitchen.

As is typical with Vietnamese food, most of their dishes are naturally gluten free. The gentleman who greeted and seated me was knowledgeable about gluten free needs. I got a small No. 9 and it was absolutely delicious. Super filling, large portion for the small, and reminded me a little of Thai food. If you've ever been to Thailand or Vietnam the restaurant setting will remind you a little of being there.
Only two gluten free options with new menu. Place is dirty, obviously dirty. Dalat is a much better option.
Great find, lots of pho choices and knowledgeable staff!
was somewhat concerned when first approaching the counter as to the knowledge ability of the establishment worker but he seemed to be very knowledgeable of gluten allergies he got a additional server who was very versed in Celiac the waitress seemed very knowledgeable of the Celiac options and suggested several items to include appetizer number three main dish course 8 and 9 and the traditional Vietnamese soup remember to avoid using hoisin sauce peanut sauce for these items do contain a derivative of wheat soy my mother always said you can tell a good restaurant by its bathroom in this particular instance I'm glad I didn't use that as my deciding decision as this could use some much-needed attention
Yes
Many of their menu items are gluten free, and server was helpful in identifying which ones were safe.
