Heed the warning, this place has flour everywhere. Even when I order a gf pizza, my family ordered regular crust, she picked the gf out, then proceeded to make the rest of my family's crust with flour, turned to me and asked what I wanted I said for her to change her gloves!! She was just going to add my toppings after using flour for the other pizzas! Another gentleman added my topping, no clue if he changed gloves. I have no clue if it will have a reaction, but I'm afraid I will. This place needs to educate their staff if they are offering up gf pies.

Have ordered from other pieologies and been fine, and their website even talks about special procedures taken to prevent cross contamination, but went into this one and there was SO much wheat flour everywhere, every surface. They asked if my gf was an allergy or a preferance, (I'm celiac) and they changed gloves. They got a gf pizza dough frozen out of a little freezer below the station; there was flour all over the top of the freezer, and even though he put on new gloves, he touched the floury freezer door with his "gf" gloves. So silly. Also, all the toppings were in one buffet style station, so i just opted for no toppings as they were all floury and cross contaminated. They didnt have a separate oven either and just put it in the main oven. Not happy at all as a celiac eating out with friends.

Pizza was super good! The staff was knowledgeable and would let each other know that they needed a glove change. Prep stations are not split so there is a chance of contamination but I never got sick.

Great GF pizza! Ordered online, to go. Ate at the beach and felt fine afterwards.

The food was great. They had two options for GF crusts. They did have some protocols for preventing cross contamination (changed gloves and put my pizza on a paper to protect it from touching surfaces) but I wouldn't assume they were 100% effective.
Not gluten friendly. They do have a gf crust but they said none of the meat toppings were gluten free. Shared oven. Flour everywhere. The staff was very helpful in making sure I knew what my options were because they did not want me to be sick. Did not eat here after finding out all the information.
No
Gluten free pizza is delicious as are the salads and you can customize to your taste
Yes
When I told the server I had a gluten allergy she immediately changed her gloves and relayed it to the rest of the line. I’ve eaten here twice. The first time I did not get sick. The second time I did. They are doing the best they can to accommodate, just be careful.
The staff was great about knowing to change gloves as soon as I ordered the gluten free crust. They have separate sauces and a dedicated gluten free oven as well.
This is a fairly new pizza place in Honolulu and is close to the University. When I said i was celiac, the server changed her gloves and was careful about preparing my pizza and cooking it. You choose all the toppings you want so it’s pretty easy to order a pizza you like. The restaurant was busy so that speaks volumes.

Pieology is a franchise that makes reasonable pizza in front of you the way Chipotle makes your burritos. Your pizza will pass through a few hands. They have gluten free crusts and cauliflower crusts. The first lady that pulled out my gf crust clearly has no idea what celiac is when I mentioned it, and didn't change her gloves. To her, this was just another pizza. The second and third ladies did understand celiac and followed good procedures. My toppings were got fresh from the back with new gloves to prevent cross contamination and the pizza was put in the oven on special metal plate, not the wooden ones like for the others. So clearly, this was a case of one person not being trained well. Anyway, the gf crust was a bad cracker, so I wouldn't recommend anyone going here. There's better gf crust around. Toppings were fine.

We had an exceptional experience today. The gal that made our pizzas made sure to use uncontaminated trays. She pulled all fresh product from uncontaminated containers. She changed her gloves and was so thoughtful in every aspect of preparing our pizzas. We are grateful for her care. And our pizzas were tasty. Oh, and the GF crust has a sweetness to it.

The employees change their gloves and will also make the pizza on a separate pizza pan.
