Options were available, and I ordered online so I am not sure what precautions were taken when preparing the meal. I did have a low level reaction though. If you have an allergy with mild reactions, this place seems fine. Anything more and it’s a no-go

Great find in MGM (it’s located in the underground) the employees looked up specific dietary restrictions we have. When told I was celiac, the girl washed her hands, changed her gloves and my pizza was cooked on a separate pan. They do cook all the pizzas in the same brick oven though. They even offer vegan cheese. It was nice because the pizza didn’t break the bank like most places.

Unfortunately this place is not celiac friendly. They do have a gluten free crust but it all goes in the same oven and they don’t have a way to clean it. The employee was very forthcoming and said he recommended sticking to the salads for celiacs.

The pizza itself was REALLY good, as a non celiac this is a great bite to eat in mgm grand.
CROSS COMTAMINATION IS RAMPANT. the worker was right up front with it though so there really is no illusion that this is celiac safe. I appreciated the honesty.

This place is chock-full of cross-contamination. I am non-celiac gluten intolerant and I can get very sick from just a little bit. The staff were knowledgeable and to be fair they told me that the pizza goes straight into the oven after they clean it as much as possible. They changed gloves for me. They told me They’d put the pizza in the pan. only detected a little bit of the discomfort I get with gluten, but it was there. I wouldn’t take a chance again here just because who knows if I could get more the next time. The food itself is friggin delicious and it’s a shame they can’t just have pans that the pie goes onto when it’s in the pizza oven. I think that would go a long way. California Pizza Kitchen is certified gluten free and nearby.

Very good glutenfree pizza crust. However, they do not seem to keep it that seperated from the. normal pizzas, so I would not recommend for very sensitive people. However, since I am not that sensitive it was ok for me and I enjoyed the pizza very much!

Yummy . Had the most delicious gluton free pizza here today . The crust was just right & u can pick your toppings. My husband & I shared one with different toppings on each half . The guy who served us was very informative, friendly & professional. We will be back . Highly recommend here .

Gluten free bases and toppings etc. Staff are trained in handling gluten free and will change gloves. Ask for pizza to be cooked in a tray as they will otherwise cook in oven where pizza will touch contaminated surface. Really tastes great

Ordered a gluten free pizza and the staff was super nice and asked about safety precautions along the way. Change gloves, change spoons, cook the pizza in a pan so it doesn’t touch the oven. I appreciate the effort and enjoyed my pizza, but I wouldn’t know how safe the pizza would be for someone with a more severe sensitivity than me. If you go on the website and build a gluten free pizza on the location you’re planning on going to, it’ll only list the ingredients that are gluten free if you want an idea of your options before going.
Great experience. Gluten free crust, washed hands and changed gloves, had separate utensils and sauces bins to prevent cross contamination. Also separate pizza cutter. Very impressed.
