Very good glutenfree pizza crust. However, they do not seem to keep it that seperated from the. normal pizzas, so I would not recommend for very sensitive people. However, since I am not that sensitive it was ok for me and I enjoyed the pizza very much!

This place is chock-full of cross-contamination. I am non-celiac gluten intolerant and I can get very sick from just a little bit. The staff were knowledgeable and to be fair they told me that the pizza goes straight into the oven after they clean it as much as possible. They changed gloves for me. They told me They’d put the pizza in the pan. only detected a little bit of the discomfort I get with gluten, but it was there. I wouldn’t take a chance again here just because who knows if I could get more the next time. The food itself is friggin delicious and it’s a shame they can’t just have pans that the pie goes onto when it’s in the pizza oven. I think that would go a long way. California Pizza Kitchen is certified gluten free and nearby.

Gluten free bases and toppings etc. Staff are trained in handling gluten free and will change gloves. Ask for pizza to be cooked in a tray as they will otherwise cook in oven where pizza will touch contaminated surface. Really tastes great

I picked up a GF cauliflower crust pizza-first time Piology patron... I ate three pieces and LITERALLY called them just to say: thank you! I haven’t had pizza THAT stinkin good in YEARS! I ordered online, told them I had celiac, and am feeling no ill effects some time after. I’m genuinely impressed and will continue to order time and time again. Yummmmm...

Everything was great, except they weren’t Celiac friendly. We are new to this diagnosis so we went with it...but they changed gloves got out gluten free bread put it on a special pan BUT THEN they used the same spoon that touches all the gluten dough:/ Isn’t that a big no no? Then they cooked it directly on the surface gluten touches??? That can’t be Celiac friendly:(

They have enough knowledge about contamination to offer to change their gloves when preparing a gluten free pizza, but that's where the consideration ends. The pizza comes in contact with the same surface as non-gf pizzas in the oven, and on top of that, they use the same pizza slicer for all the pizzas. Additionally, the guy making my pizza changed his gloves, put on the toppings, touched a regular pizza, and then touched my pizza again.

I've eaten here several times with no issues. I order the gluten-free crust and let the staff know it's an allergy (they ask) and they're very careful with the production. While their website doesn't recommend itself as celiac friendly, I haven't had any problem and feel safe eating here. You choose your own ingredients, which helps if you have other food allergies. I am sensitive to dairy but do well with their feta cheese topping.

GF pizza is made on dedicated metal pans with clean gloves. Toppings come from fresh buckets kept under the counter. The lady who made my pizza was really nice: I said I would skip toppings to keep it simple, but she asked what toppings I liked and got them, even though the line was stacking up and she had to go to the back for one of the toppings. I watched them plate and cut my pizza, and they used all clean tools.

They did use separate kitchen utensils to cook their GF pizzas, and you can also keep an eye on the pizza as it is being prepared. However, it made me really nervous that they cooked the pizza in the same place as regular pizza and use the same oven. There were a lot of opportunities for cross-contamination.

Amazing! First time here the manager called corporate to double check what exactly was GF and what wasn't (the only things that aren't are the Alfredo sauce and the meatballs). They changed their gloves, used separate sauces, paddles, brushes, cooked it on the metal paddle too! They're not 100% gluten-free but they're gluten and vegan friendly! You can get daiya cheese here too! Salads (dessert, beer and wine but I'm not sure if there gluten free) too!

When I mentioned that I have ciliacs they changed gloves and pulled got a metal tray instead of the wood one for the pie. The crust was good, not amazing but much better than many I have had. The only thing I would say is that they advertise that cross contamination can occur as they use the same oven, so if your condition is life threatening I wouldn't go here.
