When I asked for gluten free crust the server immediately asked if it was a preference or allergy. When I said allergy she took a pan and placed the crust in it. She proceeded to take a new container of oil and sauce with clean utensils to prepare the crust. The other ingredients were taken from the regular toppings bar. A separate cutter was used once the pie was done.
Amazing! First time here the manager called corporate to double check what exactly was GF and what wasn't (the only things that aren't are the Alfredo sauce and the meatballs). They changed their gloves, used separate sauces, paddles, brushes, cooked it on the metal paddle too! They're not 100% gluten-free but they're gluten and vegan friendly! You can get daiya cheese here too! Salads (dessert, beer and wine but I'm not sure if there gluten free) too!
They had a gf and cauliflower crust like mentioned in other reviews. The employee was nice enough to change her gloves and get new products (cheese, sauce, etc,) from the back. However the pizza is cooked in the same oven with the rest of the pizzas. I got the margarita pizza on the cauliflower crust and it was very good. Didn’t get sick either.
Came here because I heard good things. The person who helped me was really kind, and used a new spoon for the sauce and a new sauce container ( but they typically use sauce bottles) as well as getting separate meats and veggies from difference special containers for allergies. They placed my pizza on a separate pan when baked. I trust them. They took every precaution possible and very nice about it all.
Edit: jk I got glutened despite all precautions I saw employees take. Not safe for celiacs.
We stopped here after leaving the airport and in our way home. Parking is tricky. Both times the staff changed gloves, used separate sauce on the gf crust, they cook the pizza on a tray to avoid cc. They got a clean pizza cutter from the back to cut it after baking. My symptomatic son had no issues.
