Waitress was incredible about me having celiac. They use toaster bags in the toasters so there’s no cross contamination. They even bring you the toast in the bags so you’re sure it doesn’t touch anything else. 10/10 experience.

“Absolutely nothing” can be made for Celiac even though a lot of items are labeled gluten free. All cooked on same grill/same toaster etc
