Sooooo sick after eating here. Waitress said she marked everything gluten free, but somehow I'm suffering. Had fries, a GF burger, and a soda. I was careful to clean my hands after touching the menu and didn't use the condiments on the table, so it had to be in the food. Never going back.

Incredibly dissatisfied. I have always been able to eat at Red Robin with celiac, and this visit, the children’s food came out 20 minutes before my partners cold food, and mine was being remade due to improper allergy protocol. Someone came and picked up a spilled water cup and said they’d be right back, but after taking the cup and all the napkins at the table they never returned. If the waitress hadn’t noticed the food wasn’t safe, I could have gotten very sick. Ended up becoming tired of waiting and just decided to pay for the children’s food and leave. We won’t return. How disappointing.

They seemed knowledgeable and I ordered the salmon but somehow still got sick afterwards.

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
I eat here often and have never gotten sick. I have had numerous issues however with getting a plate covered in grease and remnants of other burgers and request a new burger on a clean plate. Now, I always tell the server right away this is an ongoing issue which has prevented any problems since. This particular store is very quick to comp any issues as well

Very good about no cross-contamination. Love stopping here for a burger and fries after work!

Very knowledgable and helpful waitstaff. Food was good. Good gluten free buns and a dedicated prep area. I would eat here again.
The menu and staff seemed very GF. Food was great until it made me sick. Not sure how, but there was cross contamination somewhere.
Absolutely amazing! I have been coming quite often. I just let my waitress know about my gluten allergy, and I have never had any problems. I usually get french fries (they have a separate gluten free fryer) and a chicken Caesar salad. Thank you Red Robin staff :)

Always a trusted option when looking to eat out
My family used to go to Red Robin. Pretty good about my very severe allergies to wheat, barley, cashew, and pistachio. I always got the plain chicken breast which is pretty good.

Our experience was great. Our server was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions with confidence. He was fantastic as a server! We order the kids grilled chicken with French fries and ranch, which the server said was GF without even me asking. We will be back.

The staff was very good about the cross contamination and even brought my food out separate.
