The gluten free bun is very good and they have a dedicated fryer for French fries. Our server was knowledgeable and made sure the order was marked as an allergy order.

Got a burger on a gluten free bun and had a horrible reaction within minutes.

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
After reviewing the allergen menu online, I felt this would be an ok option for my 3yo Celiac daughter. Kids menu entrees listed as GF were the burger (with GF bun) and grilled chicken. The fries online stated the risk of cross contamination and that Red Robin doesn’t suggest them for gluten allergies, but they say the fries are gluten friendly because they have a dedicated fryer. We did not order the fries this visit. We ordered the kids burger plain with cheese, with GF bun and apple slices (prepackaged) side. The server explained the burger is cooked on a belt line where only burgers and chicken are cooked (no bread products are put on the belt). Server confirmed they use an allergen kit like the Red Robin website states, and all spatulas and such are used only for your meal and sanitized afterwards. Server said the GF bun was prepackaged, however it was served toasted and assembled on the cheeseburger. Next time I would specifically ask how the bun is toasted and possibly ask if the bun could be served prepackaged. Server was very nice and pleasant. The manager came out to check on us during our meal. Would come here again.

Waiter Zac understood Celiac, provided me with gluten-free menu, and assured me of their processes for avoiding cross-contamination. I got a bacon cheeseburger and fries (dedicated fryer). First burger out since diagnosed — SO good to have a burger on a bun again! And they gave me so many fries, I couldn’t finish them all! Felt fine after. Recommend this location.

They had a special digital menu that you can select your allergies and it offers menu items that are safe for you. The manager also came to speak to us and assure us that they would be extra careful with our orders. When he mentioned that their fries were GF I said that was not listed as safe on their menu. He personally went into the kitchen to ask the staff as well as brought the label out to us to check the ingredients ourselves. The staff and manager were excellent and my gluten free dairy free meal was fantastic!

great burgers and fries and gf bun
Had a bad night after visiting this establishment. Whilst they claim to do everything separately, I was ill after eating here.
Yummmmm. ok I had to say that. The staff understood.kur concerns and even the manager stopped by before we ordered. Best bun ever and fries can't be beat. Worth the wait.
Best GF buns I've found anywhere. They also serve an amazing turkey burger.
very knowledgable staff with separate friers and 1 of the best gluten free burgers I've ever had. 1 of the best options for people with celiac disease
Their GF buns are sooo good. They also have a dedicated French fry fryer here
GF Donato’s pizza crust (large size only- not on the kids’ menu), pretty good- best when hot. Really lovely pepperoni. Regular burgers can have GF bun or lettuce wrap- both in regular menu and kids menu. Veggie burger is GF. Fries cooked in dedicated fryer. Allergens available online. BBQ sauce is NOT GF. I’ve never had them mess up my order.

Red Robin is hit and miss, I had good luck when I had Margaret or Megan as a server, because they both understand CELIAC because of friends/family with it. On another night I had Ryan, and he messed up submitting the orders, clearly, even when both orders were separate and told to be separate tickets from the start to keep mine entirely gluten free. Well the burgers came out and I questioned it since things were off and not as requested. Even a manager swore my meal was made with their gf protocols, when she wouldn't have them remake it after I questioned the mess up of giving my sister a gf bun she didn't order, and that my lettuce wrapped veggie burger was likely not treated as gf if the server put it in backwards and hers had a gf bun. Well, one bite into my veggie burger lettuce wrap, and BAM a French fried ONION STRAW stuck to the bottom of my burger. So they completely messed up, even with separate checks, separate orders, and wouldn't remake it when I questioned it, the manager basically yelled at me insisting it was fine. I was so sick, even after spitting it all out as soon as I tasted it. I was sooooooooo pissed. Haven't been back since.

My order is often made wrong with gluten items added when they shouldn’t (like croutons). Makes me doubt the safety of the food.

I have eaten here a few time with no issues, ordering from the gf menu. But my last visit wasn't so great, I had a gut feeling that I didn't follow up on when the waitress was confused with my order. My burger was labeled with the purple marker but my fries had seasoning on it, which normally doesn't for gf. I was not feeling so great the following day.
