After waiting for over 30 minutes for our to-go order, my salad came out with two large pieces of garlic bread right on top. The ticket taped to the salad clearly said “gluten allergy” and “gluten free” and included that the bread should be omitted. Needless to say, I couldn’t eat the salad and my ability to trust them on the whole gluten free thing was destroyed.

Yay! Separate fryer for gluten free fries and yummy protein style burger. Server understood the allergy no problem. I'm not a fan of gluten free buns but they offer them as well.
Yes
GREAT experience here! Our server, Savannah, was VERY knowledgeable and made sure our order came out correctly and my order was gf. I highly recommend her!! The gf fries take longer because they're not mass produced. You can get the French onion soup gf. SO good!!
Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
Large gluten free menu...GF bun so almost all burgers.

The other review on here is 2 years old. They do a great job and have GF buns and GF fries. Eaten here 20+ times never gotten sick
We usually have the best experience with Red Robin but this one was horrible. As an experienced restaurant industry manager I know how servers are and can be... This was the worst. I know the menu inside and out and when I ordered it came out wrong and when I pointed it out she proceeded to tell me I was wrong. I recommend that you have a talk with management before ordering from this location. BTW it took 25 min for a basket of GF steak fries and then another 20 after that for our meal. Just saying watch out...

The hamburger patties are no longer gluten free. The same goes for the chicken breast.

This location is always a disaster. I refuse to bring my son with celiac here, simply because I’ve never received a completely accurate order. Throw in an allergy where you need to follow strict guidelines to avoid cross contamination, and I have zero confidence. The redmond location is the only location I’ve experienced a safe GF accommodating environment.

Terrible place for celiacs. Every time we order from there they get the order wrong. Order a grilled chicken salad and get a crispy. Order a gluten free bun and get a wheat bun. They can't be trusted with the smallest details. Used to be good before the pandemic but now it is terrible.
