The wait staff Taylor was very accommodating and helpful. My food came out as designated for gluten allergy marked with flags to differentiate it from food from my companions.

I had the most incredible experience here. Jen was so helpful and kind. She assured me that she would write Celiac on our food ticket so the cooks would make sure there was no cross contamination. They used a separate fryer for my fries. I was very impressed.

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
Amazing experience! When ordering gluten free, the waitress asked if it was an allergy or preference. Made my day being able to eat at my favorite burger place and order fries! They have a dedicated fryer for their fries!

Service was good. I got an Impossible Burger on a gf bun and it was good. The fries are safe, nothing else is cooked with them. So nice to be able to eat fries at a restaurant. I don’t live in the area but I definitely eat here when I am in the area. There’s a QR code on the menu to take you to the allergen menu. You can type in your allergies and it brings up options available. Cool feature.

I had a very pleasant experience once I spoke with the manager and she talked me through everything they offer and do for people with celiac disease. I ate a burger and fries and never had an issue and it was delicious! I'll definitely return!

I have been a handful of times and have not gotten sick. The employees are quite helpful with questions concerning which foods are safe to eat. Probably the best gluten free burger I have ever had and they also have dedicated fryers for the fries. I only have good things to say about this place.

They’ve always brought my meal Out separately. Gluten free bun is tasty. They take extra precautions and I’ve never gotten sick.

Theresa treated us great! She knew what Celiac was and told us the precautions that they would take before I even asked! Everyone loved their dinner (g-f or not)

Referred to look at gluten free online, really?. Site does not display correctly on phones so we had look at third party site. Determined the only thing safe was fries and a salad.
Definitely not "gluten friendly".
No
Only ate here once so far. We didn't get sick. They trimmed the burger down to fit the gf bun, so mine looked tiny compared to everyone else's. It was very good. I would just tell your server to keep the meat normal sized.
They had a great selection! Even showed what could be modified for each item to make it gluten free! I love that they have gluten free buns too.
Referring us to an on-line app is a little impersonal. Would rather have been given an iPad as others have referenced. Initially selected just gluten on the allergen menu and then added wheat and the results changed. Does Red Robin understand gluten is in wheat? Our server could not answer questions on food prep. We ended up not ordering because we weren't confident she wouldn't be contaminated.

I'm harsher on my opinion since I'm also soy intolerant. I could have a plain burger patty with ketchup, mustard & bacon. They forgot my toppings. Never offered a gf bun. The manager was very friendly & tried to help, but between the gluten & soy I was very limited in my selections. Probably won't go back. $11 for 2 burger pattys, small bowl of fruit salad & a small bowl of coleslaw. Bummed!!
Excellent burger. The gluten free menu is detailed and even says the American cheese has gluten . I had bacon and Swiss with lettuce wedge bun. Sweet potato fries were gluten free too. Staff knowledgeable and double checked things too. Manager was friendly and helpful.
Great food unless they overheat the bun! Great knowledgable service, love the dedicated fryer for the fries.
Love the burgers on gf buns and fries made in dedicated fryer!

My first time in Red Robin. I looked at the GF menu and saw burgers with "no bum" listed. Bummer, since I was looking forward to a normal burger. However, upon asking, I learned that they *do* have GF buns, and a dedicated GF fryer. It's a burger and fries for me today, just like a normal person!
The service was prompt and courteous. The burger was great, and I was so happy to have French fries, I ordered a free refill. Awesome.
Great burger with a great gluten free bun. Yum!
Great gluten free menu!

I had a great experience here last night. I'm reactive Celiac and ordered a red's tavern double on a gluten free bun with fries. Server had a good understanding of cross contamination. It came out as ordered, marked for allergies, on a plate. Food was delicious and I had zero issues later.

Usually I love Red Robin. I get the same encenada platter every time. However, If your waiter is Greg just go home. He convinced me my food wouldn’t be safe and then let me order something that wasn’t actually safe. I won’t be coming to this location anymore.
