I’m Celiac and can’t tolerate any CC. Not all RR are equal in their GF care, but Kennewick location has been faithfully careful past 4 years. I relax now when planning to eat here. Dedicated fryer for french fries, GF seasoning salt, GF buns, love the grilled California chicken burger, can ask for no cheese. Hamburgers are also safe. Waitstaff are not helpful so don’t rely on their knowledge. Look up what sauces you want to use on the website before you go. Most are GF.

The food is fine, but don’t count on accuracy with tour delivery. The app I was using didn’t show gf bun option, so I called before placing my order to confirm. They confirmed, and took my name when I told them there was no option to select gf bun and no where to make a note for the order. Then I placed the order and called again, and was told the cooks were aware. It even says “allergy” on my ticket, however when the food arrived it was not a gf free bun. I called back and they offered a gf bun but I would have to drive and pick it up. Made a claim through my delivery app, but still frustrating to not be able to eat when you’re expecting food.

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
Have tried this location 3 separate times. They have a gluten free grill AND fryer. My celiac husband (extremely sensitive) and 5 yr old son did not get sick on any occasion. The gluten free menu is on an iPad they present, asking immediately upon arrival for that menu will speed things up.
April 2, 2019- Very Celiac and GF accommodating. I ate there and did not get sick. No GF frier, but had veggies substituted for fries.
Wasn't impressed with food quality at this location.

I have not tried this location be. great service. delicious hamburger and fries. No reaction, but I am not super sensitive, so can not vouch for sensitive celiac.
Given them a few chances, and I'm pretty easygoing, but each time they seem to be getting worse. The server could not present a gluten free menu and did not seem to understand what gluten free options they had. Once I received the order, I knew immediately that the buns were not gluten free and another server took the order away. The second time they brought the food there were battered jalapeños in the burger, which were not gluten free.. needless to say I won't be back. Very risky place.
Had a great experience at this location. The server was super nice and sensitive to my food restrictions besides GF ( dairy and low FODMAP). He took his time to talk to me and to make sure he got the order right. He sent an allergy alert to the kitchen and talked to his general manager to double check no cross contamination. Defiantly coming here again next time we are on a road trip around this area. I got a simple burger and fries without the seasonings.
They told us the fries were cooked in a separate fryer when you specify GF, but once they made him sick and a 2nd time there was chunks of onion rings in the bottom of the basket,....so much for separate fryer... we will not go back, too risky
No
The buns are okay and the fries have never made me sick, but you're better off making a burger at home. The food just isn't very good unless you like greasy gut bombs.
I can actually have a bun!! and safe fries!! I always leave stuffed!
Always loved Red Robin before going GF. Still tastey! Love their salads. And they have the best fries.
They have GF buns and a separate fryer for French fries! Yumm-o!
They have a dedicated fryer! My usual splurge is their Pig Out Tavern Double with Fries...just tell the server you are celiac.

Service was good. Spoke to a manager who let me know all of the precautions they would be taking. Ordered the Gourmet burger with a lettuce wrap instead of bun and bottomless fries with ranch! They were great with my kiddo as well!

Their gf bun is pretty good and this location has a separate fryer for fries. So bottomeless fries I can have :D. Haven't had trouble here.
